Location was ok for airport, with a shuttle to and from the terminal we needed to fly from. Staff were excellent during our brief stay
Pillows were too firm for us.
Shuttle bus could have been more efficiently organised. Pick up from the hotel for our early morning flight was on time but then an unnecessary stop at the sister hotel across the road where nobody boarded and more time wasted by stopping at a terminal where no one got off the bus. The driver could have checked with passengers which terminal they needed when he picked them up.

Nice hotel, decent size room and a good breakfast

Clean & modern rooms with a comfortable King bed & plenty of space. Dinner was simple but delicious & exactly what I felt like after 3 weeks in Spain.

The room had AC. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff at reception was friendly. They have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (not sure if they have it the other way around).
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The pictures of the pool area are extremely deceiving (Why not show it as it is?). The room had a glass with water still in it- did they not clean or was water left after they washed it? The bathtub also had random hairs where if they had carefully cleaned, they would have seen and cleaned them... Unsure about how well they clean rooms.
