Staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was clean & comfortable.
I think travellers need to be made aware of being considerate of others such as keeping to indoor voices.
During check in I was questioned about my room choice. Yes, I travelled on my own, but did I really need to be asked why I booked a twin room when being on my own. Price and availability have always got something to do with room choices.
