Very convenient to the airport. Bus to terminal from outside the hotel. Food is good.
The pillows. I found them very uncomfortable.

Very handy for airport clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. Spacious lobby and restaurant area.
The hotel parking. I tried to find out if the car park was likely to be full when we arrived late at night, but got no reply, so I booked airport parking. When we arrived at the hotel, the car park was almost empty... With a little bit of courtesy, I would have been less stressed and they would have received the parking money rather than the airport.

I liked the room design and the lighting - and air conditioning. Bag storage while I waited for check in time was secure and efficient.
This time there was no coffee machine or bottle opener.

Great staff, very clean room
Air conditioning did not work at all. Staff came up and opened the window to try to cool the room, but that allowed people, traffic and airport noise in. Room was 22C at check in, and 21C at 5am.
