It was great! The location was amazing, right in to the city center. The apartment was very clean and the host was very polite!

Fantastic location right at the Santa Croce Basilica. Spacious apartment and very generous bathroom and shower and lots of shelving storage too. There is a lovely communal kitchen and large fridge for keeping supplies and a terrace to eat at. The staff were supremely helpful, advising where to go for a local experience at the nearby market and the tv had Netflix for some nice chilling time. Gorgeous vintage styling throughout and comfy bed. Great place to stay to settle in and explore Firenze.
Ah, nothing!

Great location, really nice room and access to kitchen and little terrace. Good air con in the heat!
Shower could have been more powerful, not much water - although was fine.

Well-located, Professional Communication and Organisation, cute well thought out common space.
Room is quite basic and dark.
