Convenience to airport. Short walk with luggage but transport available. Quiet, comfy beds, hot drinks in reception and friendly helpful staff

cleanliness and a good night's sleep.
When we arrived one other person was being attended to. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged by a smile and advising you would be with us shortly.
Having to go to the cafe for breakfast once it opened. Complimentary cereal would be nice.
