Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a gorgeous view. Plenty of off street parking available
Bed could do with an extra blanket as was a bit chilly and heat pump was noisy to run. There is road noise but they provide complimentary ear plugs which was a nice touch

Large bed was hard. We slept on the 2 single beds which were perfect. There was 1 pan. Needed at least another pot. Need options for complimentary milk.

Needs some art to make it feel less sterile. TCM tv rather than a few SKy or Prime access

Toilet flush broken, curtain hook broken, long screw on the floor, something broken on the floor.
