The location is amazing

Beautiful pool & wonderful tropical gardens . Lovely clear water for swimming & snorkelling . Exclusive villas were perfect with a lovely quiet outlook . Fiafia show exceptional

The “high speed wifi “ was only available at reception,restaurant & some pool area & involved renewing with a code from reception every day , & weak signal . Very crowded breakfast dining . Service unfortunately needs improvement, especially front desk . Good for families with children .

Super friendly staff, location was excellent for visiting outside attractions, facilities were great.

Snorkelling and activity gear was a bit hit and miss.

Fully enclosed bedrooms would be better (so no open ceiling adjoining them). The TVs don't work except for playing DVDs (not a huge deal for us being on holiday but still). Cleaners never seemed to replace hand towels, bathmats or flannels, only bath towels. Lots of things were unavailable on the menu, especially regarding drinks. Asked on several days for a niu coconut drink, but they never had it even though the ground in all of Samoa is teeming with fallen coconuts. The excuse was always 'maybe tomorrow.' Mostly though, staff need major improvements in communication, none of them could understand what we said properly and pronounced things wrong so we struggled to understand them as well, like calling spaghetti 'soup ghetti.' Restaurant service was extremely inefficient, leaving us waiting 45 mins or more to be served food every time, and the staff repeatedly ignored requests for dessert orders to be taken, instead they could be seen chatting and laughing between themselves. Add that to the fact that half of them were always miserable (usually the younger girls) and didn't seem to want to help you with anything.
