Great apartment and location.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable for our trip. Conveniently located by the Bologna Centrale station, and within easy reach of the city.

Exceptional stay and outstanding hospitality! Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with GETHEKEY SRLS! The contact with them was absolutely fantastic from start to finish—they were incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful at every step. We accidentally left one of our belongings behind, and they were so helpful and went completely out of their way to mail it back to us. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond! The apartment itself was amazing, clean, and perfectly equipped. The location is a massive advantage: it sits just outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so driving there is completely stress-free, yet it is still incredibly close to the city center and all the main attractions. Having a secure parking spot for cars in the inner courtyard was a fantastic bonus. On top of that, the internet was great and super fast (around 500 Mbps download), which was perfect for us.We couldn’t have asked for a better place, better communication, or better hosts. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything!

Disappointing.

We had to cancel our stay shortly after arrival because we did not feel safe in the surrounding area. Even our taxi driver warned us to be very careful in the neighborhood. As a result, we left immediately and had to book alternative accommodation at the last minute, which was both stressful and costly. Unfortunately, despite not staying at the property, we did not receive a refund. This made the whole experience even more disappointing. In addition, the interior of the property did not feel worth the price we paid. Considering the location, the overall condition, and the lack of refund, this was a very negative experience for us. The host was polite in communication, but future guests should carefully consider both the area and the value for money before booking.

Perfect for a few days stay in Bologna and onward train travel.

Great practical space for sleeping and simple food prep. Close to train station and short walk in to main part of town.

Location in general is excellent. As mentioned in previous reviews there were occasions where there were people loitering outside the door to the secure courtyard which did cause some wariness coming and going.
