STAY CLEAR, SUSPECTED BED BUGS!!!!!!! No response from hotel nearly 2 weeks later

The property seemed nice enough , clean and had kitchen

Suspected bed bug which I have photo evidence of with dates times etc . Contacted property along with booking.com , who advised me they would contact property and get my money back as I am a valued costumer basically … to then be told hotel weren’t coming to an agreement with booking.com , so for a £223 stay for 2 nights where myself husband and two young kids got suspected bed bug bites and the anxiety and trauma of it . Booking.com refunded us £23 !!! Ridiculous and absolutely shameful . I would never do a negative review but stay clear of this hotel . Not even a refund for my stay or even a response from hotel is disgusting , shameful . Stay clear of this hotel . I will be taking this further and making people aware of this hotel and how bad management is with dealing with such serious matter , same for booking.com who have been useless !
