Superb

Best host ever, we got all we wanted and more. Next to the Viatican, everything you need can be found close to the apartment. We enjoyed every minutes.

Wonderful apartment, hostess, and location

The hostess Gianna was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and warm. She went out of her way to help us! The apartment was very clean and convenient. There were all sorts of little thoughtful items included, such as an assortment of breakfast snacks, coffee, and tea. The location was also ideal, only a couple of blocks from the Vatican. Bravissima, Gianna!

Great host, location and apartment

Great apartment located close to the Vatican and 5 minute walk from the metro to travel to all of Rome. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Accommodation was beautiful inside and included breakfast which consisted of bread, pastries, milk, yoghurts and fruit juice being left in the apartment to eat and drink at anytime along with facilities and ingredients for various hot drinks. The owner, Gianna, was extremely helpful in arranging transport form the cruise port and then to the airport the following day after being let down at very short notice by Booking.Com transport bookings. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others

We liked everything about this apartment, it is situated right next to the Vatican museum and the city of Vatican is within walking distance. The subway stop is also very close (maybe 500 meters), so you can get to most of the monumental structures quite easily. There are quite a few solid restaurants nearby (just use google reviews, or Gianna will advise you) as well as cafés.

The bulb in the bathroom created probably a more intimate light than we would have wished for :-D but that can be fixed quite easily.

Great Location, cosy home from home

The location is excellent. The flat is well appointed with everything you need. The owner Gianna was very helpful and made sure everything was 'just so'

The flat is very dark. There are shutters on the windows, which as its a ground floor flat you are encouraged to keep closed. There were building works going on in the street outside, with loud drilling starting at 8am. Obviously this is.temporary.

20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Gianna was very welcoming! She waited for us to checkin until midnight, because we had flight at this time. She gave us so many information about city, includes some tips about taxi, restaurants, etc. The apartment was super nice, especially we love the seperate rooms we had (we were party of 4 people included one couple). Location Is perfect, just few metres from Vatican museums And St.peter square. No public transport needed to see the city. Everything is walking distance. Thank you very much!!:)

Big rooms, very clean, the host is awesome. The location is also great - while not in the heart of the super turistic and noisy part of Rome, it’s not far away from the main sightseeing points.

The neighbors might disturb your sleep, if you are a light sleeper. If you wear earplugs, everything will ve fine :)

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean, super host, really good location.

Gianna is a wonderful host and the apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. Really close to the Vatican and some really lovely cafes and restaurants right by the apartment. We had a lovely time in Rome and Gianna's recommendations for Gelato were spot on! Thankyou for looking after us so well.

Unfortunatly the building was under going renovations at the time of our visit.

The wonderful apartment with everything you need, including food for breakfast, umbrellas and maps. The location is great - 5 minutes to Vatican. Gianna is the best host, who made helpful suggestions about places to visit. We were happy to stay here, so we will choose this apartment if we go to Rome again.

Great location, comfortable property, amazing service!

First off, the property is great. 10 minutes walking to St. Peter Square, 2 minutes to the Vatican Museum and some 10 to Ottaviano Metro station. the apartment is on the classic side, not luxurious, but I can’t complain about a thing inside it. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen has everything we needed. And I can’t forget to mention how amazing a host and person Gianna is. She really puts an effort and goes the extra mile to help the stay be as perfect as possible. I’d most certainly stay here again.

The only issue we had was known in advance as Gianna warned me. The building facade is being renovated and works start on the early side on weekdays. So if you plan to have a long night drinking wine in Rome, you may have an early morning after. Once that renovation is finished, then the place comes back to 10/10

A gem of a place made even better by the warm welcome from Gianna-book it if free!!

Gianna was the perfect host. Her comms through booking. Com were brilliant from the day of booking. She met us to hand over the keys, show us round the apartment, give out advice and she provides breakfast goods for you to use across your stay. She booked us a taxi to the airport on leaving which was a great help. Nothing is too much trouble! The apartment is lovely and is 2 mins walk from the Vatican.

Affordable and the best hotel in Rome!!!

I love everything most especially the very warm welcome of our host,Gianna. The place was very clean and huge and obviously maintained. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

I guess the only thing that can be improved is the airconditioning devices especially summer season.During our stay it was comfortable since it's already cold outside.

Absolutely great experience

Location just next to Vatican Museums; very good connection with both airports by public transport; fast internet without any problems; well equipped kitchen; very friendly owner. Great value for money.

Can definitely recommend to stay in this appartment

Gianna was a very friendly and helpful host. The location just next to the Vatican museum is excellent. Nice to have breakfast included. Three spacious bedrooms

We missed a balcony, so we could sit outsite when in the appartment. The appartment is at ground level. It was a bit noisy from the road in the mornings, but very quiet at night, which is most important

Perfect Location

This property is literally steps away from the Vatican. Not too far is St Peter’s Basilica along with the underground train. The rooms are spacious and the owner was absolutely wonderful.

Everything was perfect. I recomand this location to everyone, it's close to Vatican Museums and metro station. Perfect place for a family holiday or Rome trip with friends. Very clean rooms and quite neighbourhood.
