Needs improvement on cleaning, need to buy new towels, sheets, and a hard clean

Owner. Very nice

The owner is very attentive and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. The apartment is relatively well located. If you have a car, there is a parking lot right across the street for $36 per night. There is also a Coin department store right across from the apartment, and several restaurants and a small supermarket just downstairs. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of some of the apartment’s amenities are quite concerning. The chairs, towels, bathroom rug, sheets, freezer, refrigerator, and oven are in such poor condition that you don’t really want to use them. There is mold around the bathtub and on the bathroom ceiling. The towels are very stained and extremely rough. The freezer has dirty, built-up ice inside. The oven is greasy and filled with utensils. There are hardly any basic supplies provided. I recommend bringing napkins, hand towels, and water. At the very least, there should be hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. There are also no hooks on the walls to hang wet towels. Overall, the location is convenient and the owner is very attentive, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment need significant improvement.

Not a worth to stay if you have a car.

Nothing important

Parking is not available near the area and is very expensive

Great stay in Milan

Alessandro is a great host - responsive and punctual. The apartment is clean, air conditioned and close to everything.

Just needs some hooks in the bathroom for the towels 🙂

If you value reliability, safety, and basic customer support while traveling — avoid this property.”

Avoid he took our 5 day’s money and left us in the street

We had an extremely disappointing experience. We updated the host throughout our journey, sent passport photos as requested, and arrived at the property late at night after our flight. Despite this, the reservation was canceled while we were on the way, and we were left outside at midnight in a foreign country with no accommodation. We plant to enter the next morning, but the host did not answer and cancel reservations As a result, we had to search for another place to sleep in the middle of the night and spend hundreds of extra euros. The most frustrating part is that the cancellation policy was used against us even though the cancellation was initiated by the property — not by us. To make matters worse, the host still refuses to refund the payment, and Booking has so far failed to properly protect us as customers despite all the evidence and communication we provided. Very stressful and unacceptable experience.

Łatwy dostęp do lokalu, dobre usytuowanie, niedaleko centrum, w porządku zarządca
