The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available. * Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway * No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property Area Information: Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants. Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Our stay at Anchorage was great. The unit we stayed in was fantastic. The unit was modern and very comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding. Surroundings were quiet. Location is perfect for dining and shopping. We always stay at Anchorage when possible.

Our condo was updated with beautiful finishes! We loved being so close to the beach. The elevator was perfect when we arrived and departed with our suitcases. I highly recommend this condo. We liked that it was mostly surrounded by homes and not other condos.

The property is lovely. Pool is beautiful and very clean. Unfortunately you can’t control the renters but the people in the condo above us were like elephants and we heard them as though they were in ours. Paper thin walls and floor stomping was ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay again because of that possibility again. It really was a shame because it probably would have been a relaxing time otherwise.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed walking on the beach every day and enjoying the beautiful view of the water and waves from the balcony. Having a place to rinse off the beach sand is a big plus. The condo is in a residential area so the beach isn't as crowded as it is in front of the high-rise buildings. We have stayed at Anchorage before and will return. The only negative with staying in a middle or lower unit is the noise from the unit above.

Our condo was nicely updated and had what we needed for a very productive week. While not everything was available in the area like during the summer months, we enjoyed Barefoot Landing(Crooked Hammock, Collete’s popcorn two thumbs up) Broadway at the Beach and shopping at the Tanger outlets. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. If I had to identify a negative it would be the carpeting from the stairs to the room. There is a wrinkle/buckle down the middle of the walkway that is easily tripped on and difficult to roll luggage over. I saw several guests tripping and one fell, but did not appear to be injured.

Awesome location- great view! Went during the pandemic and Myrtle Beach was highly discouraged from visits. This location was much more private on the beach. The condo was clean and beautiful decorated. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the beach chairs and umbrella they offer. Highly recommend and I look forward to staying there again when we return.

Beautiful condo and great location right on the ocean. Clean, updated decor, nice location facing the beach. The only problem we had is the people above us were very loud and stomping their feet past midnight every night. I'm not sure if it was just the structure of the building being older, or if they were really stomping loud, but it kept us up every night. Also we never got the beach chairs we asked for.

I had a wonderful stay at Anchorage II, B02. I have stayed in other units at this condo complex, and I have been very satisfied with the management and the units. B02 has a beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, well-organized cabinets and drawers, and a new stove and fridge. The view of the ocean from the balcony is fantastic.
