Location, cleanliness, facilities. Loved getting the ferry across; super-convenient and really adds to the stay
Terrible steep, bright yellow steps down to the bar. The colour made them really hard to see; painting a contrast strip on the step edges would be a massive quick fix

Very close to central station
The towel is not free, you have to rent it for like 6 euros, and theres no table or chair in the room, just bunk beds, and if you like to leave your stuff while waiting for your check in time, they dont have place for it for free, unless you avail the rental lockers to leave your bags and luggages

The hostel is really nice and geared towards young people; it is beautifully decorated and easily accessible. The staff are incredibly friendly and ready to help.
The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a proper mattress. What I slept on was anything but that—extremely hard and uncomfortable; I would wake up in the morning feeling tired and stiff.

Just the location
The room wall colors, actually looks some different from the pictures
