Sehr schöne Unterkunft, von privater Hand geführt. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig.
Hatte vermutet, dass man schneller nach Rom mit dem Zug kommt. Dieser fuhr aber nur alle halbe Stunde. Generell aber gut machbar.

The garden was so full and beautiful. Beautiful location for husband and wife
Because I came with my 12 year old son, the location of the property outside the city Centre wasn’t a pleasant one for him. We had to check out before due date at a steep penalty

Love the quaint quiet neighborhood. Very reasonable price

Simply Outstanding among any "similar" accommodation facility in Rome: to make it short, a family-run B&B in a family-style big villa with 4* style services, including private spa and gym. Worth a visit for the place itself!
Floors are a little bit "worn" but this won't subtract more than 0.1 to my review ...

Little bit too far from city centar but in the center is much more expensive

The staff, the flexibility, the location a bit outside of the city centre and the facilities. The breakfast was a delicious and copious italian breakfast !! We have had a terrible experience with the public transportation and there has been a train accident the day of our check-in that has delayed hours and hours our arrival to the hotel. The staff was comprehensive and welcomed us as it should, we thank you again for your kindness and your hospitality !

The property is found in a very quiet location. It sits in a gorgeous garden which is very tranquil. You enter via the reception and a few steps lead to my rustic room. The green room had a double bed which was cooled by air conditioning.
The low cost to stay here is balanced by the cost and time to get to the city centre
