The apartment has a very good space and is well equipped.

The location is very bad if you don't have a car. The subway access bus takes a long time to arrive and the surroundings are very lonely, next to a high-speed avenue.

first up all about kitchen ,they mentioned in there page most of kitchen items , but it was not there eg microwave or bread toaster, then Bathroom , bathtub without covering, so the water will come out ,it was horrible, there was no place to hang the clothes , the washbasin tap was very tight and it was noisy when you open the tap

We stayed for 4 days, Apartment looks just as shown in picture. Very comfortable and enough for 4 ppl. Have everything through which a family can live on.

1) Bus stop was around 650 meters long and for traveling to city center , we have to take bus and then metro 2) we informed host about our arrival time and despite opening door through remote, host made it more than 30 minutes to let us in. With a kid , it was little disappointing for me standing outside of apartment for 30 mins. Rest everything was good.

Everything is bad. just using this space. Short summary: Angry owner who shouted at us. My wife had to take our kids out as we did not wanted oru kids to witness such a violent man. He violently kept kicking his washing machine and could not control his anger. THE APARTMENT IS DIFFERENT from what is shown (read review of 27/9/22 SCAM– sort reviews by lowest before booking). We had heating issues. Other guests faced issues with cooling. We, wife and 2 kids (4&6), drove from Pisa to Rome and checked in late (11:10pm) on 20 Dec 2022. I had already whatsapped before the start of our holiday that we will be checking in very late which he had accepted. There was no issue with checking in. He remotely opened the building door and the apartment was open with the keys left inside the apartment. It was a cold night and the heating was on. I thanked the owner for the apartment and said goodbye. Everything went downhill from there. We wanted to fix a quick dinner and realised that the apartment was missing a lighter and the gas stove did not have a built in lighter. I could not imagine the owner not to consider keeping a lighter if his gas stove needed one. Fortunately, we had one with us. Soon after the heating was off. I thought this was automatic and accepted, as we all switch off heating at night. However, it was still off at 10:30am the next day. Tried to switch it on by increase temp but it wouldn’t. The owner said that it will switch on if it goes before 21°C. First of all, the ambient room temp is 23°C, I am not sure how he decided the gold standard to be 21°C and secondly the room temp was 20°C. We were all in layers inside this apartment trying to keep ourselves warm. He then said that he does not live there was is in Rome and will come around 1:30pm, expecting us to wait for him. I gave up on the heating issue.

We then had laundry to do. We loaded our cloths, filled the detergents (powder) but the washing cycle wouldn’t start. Messaged him again to askif there was a specific method to start the machine but he wouldn’t respond. Followed up and was asked to wait until 1:30pm. Then I contacted booking.com who said that they have relayed the message to the owner. We gave up on both the issues and decided to head out. We were about to go out of the apartment and the owner shows up around 1:50pm. 2mins into our conversation, he starts shouting and asked us to pack our bags and go out. I could not believe his audacity. He kept shouting saying angrily (we have a proof to back this up). He got so furious and started to angrily fidget around the thermostat buttons . My wife took the kids out and he just kept shouting. I asked him about the washing machine and then he started to violently kick them. Blamed us for breaking it as we used powder detergent instead of liquid. I made an international roaming call to booking.com on their UK number and spoke with Jamal on loud speaker. All of a sudden, this angry-violent man became so quiet. I told Jamal I want them to refund me and provide a different apartment to me (which they did not). I had no choice but to stay there. For the record, the apartment heading and washing machine issued weren't resolved and booking.com did nothing to sort it. Once we checked our, HE DELETED ALL OUR WHATSAPP MESSAGE HISTORY AND MARKED US AS “NO SHOW” SO THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO MARK OUR REVIEW (booking.com sent me the link for review and acknowledge that I did stay there). I will now take this with the European Cybercime Authority and Italian Embassy of the country I live in to report the owner and booking.com.

Grand apartment with a very good view and big room

Nothing. It was not even the place I booked.

First of all, be aware this is a scam. You are booking this place "Pianeta Roma 45" but are given a completely different accommodation at a different building which is not the one in the pictures nor the address that's shown here. The location is a complete nightmare as it is very badly connected with all the main tourist areas, so unless you have a car, I would highly suggest to choose a different area. The place is INFESTED with mosquitoes which makes it a nightmare, cannot open any window nor use the terrace because of this, plus has reviews that I found later on, warning about how dangerous it is because robbers can get in easily. The host is nowhere to be found and speaks no English. The place had no gas and no remote for A/C which is on purpose and even after asking many times, the guy never fixed it nor left the remote for us to use, with no ventilation the place was hot!

The apartment is big and it has everything you need.

The apartment has a lot of mosquitoes, the faucet in the kitchen is broken and not very clean. In fairness to the owner, the charge is affordable.

It was clean. Close to the bus station.

The location is perfect for visiting Rome's anchient part and Vatican. Cozy, nice.

A bit of problems with finding a parking space.

There is nothing good about this property, first when we arrived we had some issues we tried calling the owner he dindt want to answer the phone since he dindt care. Everything was dirty the sheets and the towels also which was terrible I really do not recommend this property to anyone, also he told us to pull down the roller blinds for our safety I mean where are we in the jungle?

everything is terrible he only picked up the phone when we needed to pay and was very rude i really hope no one will visit him again!

Apartment was ok. Nothing like wow. Locations nit too nice but it's easy access to town.

PApartment wasn't prepared for our visit. Not enough cups for making tea and coffe. No kettle. It was no tpilet paper and not very clean at all. Pillows was dirty and no cushions . We are a bit disappointed.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable with easy access to public transport (bus approx. 300 m away) and a well-stocked hypermarket. Overall, we are satisfied, however, it was not exactly the apartment you can see in the photos, we received information about the change of address just before the start of the rental. The area of 50 meters probably also included a terrace, because the apartment was smaller. The equipment was ok but a there was no washing machine, microwave or toaster in the kitchen. Despite everything, we are satisfied and recommend it as a starting point for many attractions in Rome. Communication with the host very good!

One drawer in the kitchen was broken and there was also no socket to connect the kettle in the kitchen but you could plug it under the table. The kitchen towel and garbage bag were missing in the kitchen. I also missed the sharp knife

Can improve with some accessories to the bathroom. Like a carpet and some basics. it was nice and clean anyway
