Location was excellent, could walk to most tourist sites in 30 mins. Lovely Sunday market by the canal 5 mins away. Quiet apartment after 10pm. The gentleman that met us when we arrived was very friendly and helped with our luggage.
Cleanliness of bathroom, needs a good deep clean for the mould stains and bath needs a good descale around the plug hole area. Listing shows a coffee machine and kettle, none of these were in the apartment, I messaged about this to the owners and they replied sometime later saying they would bring a kettle to us but we were out and we didn’t want anyone coming into the place without us there. They could have left the kettle outside the door for us but they chose not to. Beds very uncomfortable and noisy when you moved. Issue with the boiler and hot water but we sorted that ourselves in the end although the owners did contact to assist us.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima. Silenzio nel condominio. Palazzo munito di ascensore. Zona servita molto bene dai mezzi pubblici. Appartamento ben diviso e molto accogliente. Nonostante priva di condizionatori ci sono ventilatori in ogni stanza.
Consiglio di cambiare i fornelli della cucina, la parete pieghevole sopra la vasca da bagno.

Location and neighborhood
I sent multiple messages to the host two days before arrival but did not receive a response until the day of check-in. The apartment was very hot, with no air conditioning and only a fan that did not work properly. The facilities were basic, the shower cabin was not very clean, and it was uncomfortable to use.
