Host was the best had a book ready to show me everything I might need to know. Comfortable clean and just what I needed after grueling flight

I also booked the standard room for a couple of extra days and it exceeded my expectations as well. The space is pretty generous, greatly organized with excellent taste, quiet, very clean and good smelling, super comfy beds, all the necessities (kitchen, washing machine, AC, coffee, induction hob) . Since it's in the same building with the studio - 5 minutes away from the subway/bus station, shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Thank you Daniela for being such a great host!

Totally amazing! The room is very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, fresh smell, comfortable beds, everything you want - washing machine, AC, kitchen, fridge, free coffee, etc. It has a large terrace great for enjoying your coffee in the morning or spending the warm evenings. 5 minutes away from the metro station and buses (which are working also during the night) - takes about 30-40 min to the city center. 2 minutes away from Carrefour supermarket and a shopping mall. A couple of good restaurants nearby. Very good price for these conditions. Daniela is FANTASTIC! Such a wonderful host - very friendly, committed and helpful - gave us lots of tips about Rome and surroundings and a printed guide with lots of useful information. Felt like home, totally recommend it, we'll looking forward to come again!

Very spacious and super clean, the apartment has a nice back yard to have breakfast in. The metro is 5-minute walk away and you can be in the city center in less than 30 minutes.
The area was quiet and calm, perfect for us to stay.
Daniela was THE BEST, super friendly with my mamma and gave us great tips for our stay (including a local restaurant nearby the apartment).

It was really pleasure to stay in here. Daniela is a fantastic and very helpful host. The apartment was calm and clean. Only few minutes away from metro station. I definitely recommend this place for people travelling with children.

The bed was okay
The room we got was not the one shown in the picture above! There was a terrible smell of cleaning product/perfume in both the entrance and room, presumably to mask the smoking. The shower was tiny and the bath towels like sandpaper. The one window looked into a wall. There was a dog that barked constantly. The area was very questionable.

Location, facilities, friendly staff - the welcome and guide book in different languages. Well thought out property. Will definitely stay again.

Daniela was amazing: she even came outside to the street to get me when I couldn't find the entrance to the apartment complex, she was right there when i messaged her with any issues. The flat was exactly what I was looking for for an extended stay: had a kitchen and washing machine so I was completely self contained. It's a cute and well decorated studio too, I had a great stay, worked for me perfectly.
I sleep with earplugs, could have been a bit loud otherwise. And it comes with a commute to the centre, but on the C line it's reasonably convenient and that was fine for me.

-Daniela is a very welcoming, good and reliable host. Check-In very easy and she really takes care to make your stay as good as possible;
-Beds have a very comfortable mattress;
-You'll find all you need for living in the apartment, washing machine, kitchen, a lot of power spots including USB-Outlets;
-Room is quiet enough to enjoy the sleep;
-Cleaning is perfect!
-To make it a perfect stay, please find a solution for the curtain. It's a bit hard to close fully and it's also a bit loose some times.

The room was exactly like what shown in the photo. Cozy and comfy. The host was very responsive. She waited us at the doorstep to make sure we can find the correct apartment. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and washing machine. It was a bit far from most tourist attractions but it was close to metro station, about 200metre away

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable for three of us to cook at place.
Daniella is really hospitable and helpful. During our visit, the temperature in Rome was so high for us to sleep that Daniella brought the standing fan to release us from being sleepless.
She even saved us from the last minute when our FreeWay driver cancelled our trip to the Rome Fiumicino and we don't speak Italian to book a domestic taxi. She called a taxi for us and we arrived the airport on time and safe.

Place was comfortable. It was near Metro station so it was no problem traveling to city. In the apartment you get everything you need (towels, coffe, dishes, fridge). Daniela was very kind and explaind to us most effective way to see everything.
Walls and windows are thin. You could hear family in upper apartment talking. One day it was raining and wind was blowing so you could hear everything inside.

The owner is really nice. The place it's just next to the subway. It was a good stay for the value.
just next to the apartment there is a 24h supermarket.
Too cold - don't go during the winter. Be sure to ask for extra blankets during the winter. The heating wasn't enough to heat the room..
Far away for the city center. 1 hour by metro.

Anything which we needed was provided: towels, shampoos,simple kitchen equipment, even coffee and tea, althought we didn't order breakfast. We were in good contact with host, felt comfortable and well served. Great price to quality ratio.

1) 3 minutes from the Alessandrino underground station (Rome Metro Line C)
2) 2 minutes from 24/7 Carrefour Market
3) very comfortable beds
4) the room is quite spacious and equipped with coffee machine, electric tea kettle, microwave oven and fridge
5) the flat is quiet and clean
1) poor localization -> it takes at least 40 minutes to get to the city centre (Rome Metro Line C to San Giovanni and then Rome Metro Line A)
2) the room is extremely dark with awful black furniture, curtains and wallpapers - it is so depressive that it reminds of a morgue
3) very low wifi internet quality
4) very late check-in -> 17:30–22:00
