Superbe séjour reste en fans des hôtels Eurostars

L’emplacement géographique, la deco et l’ambiance. Car cet établissement est classe, tout en étant décontracté..

Eh bien nous sommes revenus à cet établissement à peu près à la même époque que l’année dernière. Car Nous avions adoré le confort, le service, la propreté, l’ambiance. Néanmoins, nous avons trouvé une baisse de service au niveau des petits détails quotidien en chambre(réapprovisionnement de sachets de thé ou café, bouteille d’eau) rien à voir comparé à l’Eurostar Aliados de Porto bien plus attentionnée jusqu’au détail du petit chocolat sur l’oreiller en rentrant le soir… par contre le personnel à l’accueil en arrivant ou chaque matin, très courtois et agréable. Puis nous avons été étonné de ne pas pouvoir prendre sur deux soirs de suite un cocktail ou un petit dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, voir même pas à midi… Merci

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Don’t expect a 5 stars hotels services, I’ve been there on may 2023 for 4 night, here the reasons of my vote. The management doesn’t care about the kind of service offered and they need more staff, it’s incomprehensible how little staff there is for the price you pay. During our last day we leaving the room in the morning at 10:30am by come back to the hotel at 5:00 pm, the housekeeping completely forgot to make up and clean our room, they just entered in our room move something on our bed like pillow and left the room as we went out in the morning (it seemed that they entered the room and then immediately left but forgetting to re-enter to clean and make it up). Of course, at 5:00pm we didn't inform anyone that our room hadn't been cleaned up because we wanted to see if they had done it in a short time and we left the hotel. By coming back at 8:00pm surprise the room was still as it was left. After seeing the situation we went to the reception to warn of the problem, there was only one kind girl but before being able to talk to she had to do 3 check-in and we waiting more than 30 minutes (dear management what is this lack of staff at 8:00 pm with the price paid?) By remember the 5 stars and as standard luxury hotel let's go ahead with the story. - Breakfast 1. there is no one that ask you what you would like to drink you need to make your coffee/tea so you need to pickup you cup and go to the machine by yourself, this create a line of people that need to learn how to use it and teach to the others clients how to make the drink. 2. They prepare some fried eggs (sunny side) and leave them like fruit/croissant no option to ask different style (attached the photo). Note for the management: you know if you leave the eggs like this they get cold. - TV in room a lot of channels did not works. - Low water pressure in room of sink and shower.

despite a couple of things that need improving, the stay was excellent and the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Really nice hotel. Lovely to have a spa on a city break. location was very good and convenient. Staff were exceptionally friendly

The steam room wasn’t great- it was a bit smelly. There was also some mould in the corner of our room. The shower temperature was also a little bit temperamental.

good value, great location. more of a 4.5 star hotel

the location was excellent. Walking distance to all of the popular sites and views of the river. the staff were all very helpful and friendly. the breakfast and bar was very good.
