Didn’t like the place

Location

Parking is not near the apartment but a 7 minute walk from the place. We were staying in room 1 which is on the top floor (attic) and it has this unique vibe and so much potential but the place is not clean enough (dirty armchair, stains on the sofa). We didn’t even dare to use the towels. Apartment was our last minute choice when passing by Torun late in the evening, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

8 / 10

In city centre. Fine for very short stay.

Central Location. Free parking (10 mins walking distance).

No lift - if you have large luggage you have to take it all way up to 4th floor via stairs. Old building. Apartment floor was crooked.

Apartment Nr. 1

Unfortunately, our stay at Apartment Nr. 1 did not meet expectations. The photos shown online do not reflect the real condition of the apartment or the building. One of the biggest issues was the condition of the floor in the room – in multiple areas it appeared rotten, scorched, or moldy, with deep gaps covered only by small rugs. This isn’t just unpleasant — it feels unsafe and unhygienic, especially for elderly guests. My mother tripped on the uneven surface. The sink was clogged. Additionally, the parking situation is misleading – although free, it’s a 10-minute walk away. For travelers with luggage or mobility issues, this is a significant inconvenience. We tried to stay positive, but the overall condition of the apartment and building left us disappointed and uncomfortable. After a long trip, this was not the kind of welcome we hoped for.
