Das Haus liegt an der Stadtbahnlinie, die Fenster diese Wohnung gehen nach hinten hinaus, so dass es keine/kaum Störgeräusche gab. Die Haltestelle der Linie 3 befindet sich 200 m rechts vom Hauseingang, bereits der 2. Stopp liegt am Altstadtrand. Man ist Selbstverpfleger. Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, alles da.
Leider keine Nespressomaschine oder Vergleichbares, dafür eine polnische Version des (mechanischen) italienischen Espressozubereiters - geht also. Die 1-Raum-Wohnung ist neuzeitlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Schlafbereich intelligent separiert.
Die Hinweise für den Haus-/Türcode und die Internetverbindung trudeln (auf Nachfrage) ein, das ließe sich besser organisieren. Die Betten sind sehr tiefgelegt und waren für unser Empfinden zu weich, dafür waren die Kopfkissen voluminös - also wenig einschlafaffin. Doch andere mögen dies anders sehen, jedenfalls war auch dies akzeptabel.

Extremely comfortable beds! The apartment is so comfortable.
The view from the windows is beautiful.
The location is 20 min walking from the old town.
We can only recommend this place.
The check-in was complicated, and we'd have to submit additional paperwork to get check-in instructions. It was annoying.
The parking is a street that actually is hard to find a parking place, which made the check-in experience worse.
The nearby street is quite loud, but if you close the windows, it's not much of a problem.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu . Wszędzie można dojechać tramwajem , przystanek tuż obok budynku . Budynek wyposażony w windę . Apartament wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty . Za niedogodności otrzymałam rekompensatę .
Zgłosiłam kilka niedogodności , mając nadzieję że będą poprawione .

Na plus winda, spokojna zielona okolica. Niedaleko przystanek tramwajowy, spacerem do Rynku 15 min.
Po pierwsze bardzo miękkie, niewygodne łóżko. Brak możliwości zasłonięcia okien, skrzypiące podłogi, prysznic z niedomykającymi się drzwiami, brak wifi.
