Pequeño, tranquilo y bien ubicado

El alojamiento dispone de desayuno incluido en el precio. La ubicación es buena, se encuentra en un barrio residencial tranquilo, a pocos metros de una parada de tranvía que te deja en pleno centro. Además, tiene el parque más bonito y grande de Amsterdam al lado. El personal del alojamiento nos atendió fenomenal.

La habitación es muy pequeña por lo que si llevas maletas grandes se te hace imposible abrirlas. No tiene espacio para almacenaje.

It was an amazing stay - we will be back!

It is quite convenient as it is close to the tram which takes you to the Centraal/Schiphol Airport. It is also away from the main CBD area which makes it really quiet and pleasant. The hotel also provides breakfast which is a bonus!

Overall enjoyable a few minor complaints, the location and staff were both exceptional

Staff very helpful, room small but adequate, nice breakfast and easy coming and going re getting in etc.

bathroom lighting most annoying i.e. light stays on, night-time very noisy aircom/plumbing. Could have used 'black out curtains as street light flooded the bedroom. Also, lack of TV English language options

Friendly staff made a disappointing stay more acceptable.

Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location.

Nowhere to put my suitcase except on the floor. Very little space to put my clothes at night. No chair in the room. Poor lighting, impossible to read in bed.

Acceptable hotel with very good staffs.

Staffs are so nice and try to support you in everything.

Room is so small, it doesn’t have a proper space to place and open the luggages. Also the automatic light bulb in bathroom turns off very fast. It’ll turn off during taking a shower. There is a lot of dust in the room since there are some parts in hotel under construction.

Wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam away from busy streets

Nice and cozy! When we had a chance to stay at this place, it didn’t open completely, but it was very comfortable and completely satisfied our needs. Nice breakfast. Very convenient to get to city center. Also the rooms are super quiet, very new and clean. Overall the location was very quiet and beautiful. Parking on the street right next to the hotel door, but it was expensive.

Rooms are small, but it’s normal for Amsterdam hotels.

bareable just about, absolutely freezing though. do not go here if you want working AC or heating.

the location

the fact that they provided a broken electric radiator with the room, and the fact that the room had a constant breeze through the Balcony door. I also didn’t like the way the ways had black dirt and stuff all over them, it made me feel like the room was very dirty. also the carpets are yet to be hoovered since being purchased.

Very good

Very nice receptionist - after learning that I am travelling alone she offered me a double bed instead of the twin beds. In the hotel they also have a small luggage storage room which was very useful as I could still see the city after checking out from the hotel.

Dirty walls, floor, decolored ceiling, you can’t sit right on the toilet (the sink blocks you), dirty bathroom curtains, shower head blocks you while showering

Good price for location near museums, Vondelpark and Olympic Park for marathon start/finish.

Basic ingredients for self-made breakfast although no milk available on first morning.

King size double bed didn't leave much room to get around it. No cupboard. Gap by shower door so water always on bathroom floor.

Nice staff but not to recommend 'cause of missing cleanliness. Price too high for this performance.

The staff was very friendly and obliging.

The rooms could be renovated. This is overdue. But even older rooms could be more clean! That's why you don't get a comfortable feeling here.

Good location

Very dull room. If you are not gonna spend much time in the room then it's OK with the location and catching tram 2 which goes to most of the attractions. Needs an upgrade definitely. For what is being charged its expensive. In saying so everything in overpriced in Amsterdam.

It’s not clean the reception guy is not professional and make us wait a lot to find a room which is confirm booking he give me double single room instead of king bed and when I asked to change he told me that the hotel is full its cold and there’s no heater

I dont recommend this place at all! Only if u r desperate and dont mind dirt and mess for one night.

I liked the location as the hotel is right at a big nice park, and the staff was nice and helpful. After giving me another room, the view to the park from the balcony was great. Also the bus to airport is just a few minutes walk, so it is convenient for early morning flights.

I didn't like that the hotel is dirty in general including the floor, walls, curtains, windows, etc. The first room I got was terrible: broken balcony door, balcony full of water like a swimming pool, dirty curtains, dirty cup, no ventilation in the bathroom and therefore falling painting from the ceiling, and such. Only the minimum was done: clean bed sheets and towels, and I suppose (hoped) they cleaned the toilet... however, there was only one (for booking for 2) tea cup and even that one was dirty.. So I asked for another room, which was slightly better (I could use the balcony), but there the shower head was broken, and also no ventilation and so falling painting from the ceiling in the bathroom, and here was also just one dirty tea cup.

Overall a decent experience.

Location and staff were very good.

Our room had nowhere to hang the shower head, the and wiring from the lights were exposed.

Serene location, a short bike ride through Vondelpark and you're in the heart of Amsterdam!

Great staff, beautiful location, and they have bikes for hire at a very reasonable price.

The breakfast room was under renovation so we couldn't have our included breakfast. I think it would have been nice to offer a complimentary voucher to a cafe nearby or a small discount on the rooms, or even bike rentals, to make up for it.

A very pleasant place.

A very beautiful old house is located in a beautiful area, the most picturesque quiet place near the park. Very kind staff who are eager to please. A room with a nice little balcony overlooking the trees.

Hotel condition. The equipment is not new, it is not maintained at the proper level: something is broken, some lamps do not turn on, some parts fall off, the walls are dirty. The room needs to be refreshed.
