The staff were unbelievably helpful throughout our stay, making our very very late check in a breeze!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location good shower. Happy to accommodate our son for a night on our sofa bed.
Our apartment was on the first floor, bedroom very dark, beds comfortable but pillows not so and although the street was quiet we heard people going up and down stairs and every time the door slammed so inside was a bit noisy late at night and early in the morning.

In a great area, easy check-in and out, clean, big rooms with high ceilings.

The location is great. The apartment was clean and the staff is very kind.
The apartment has little natural light. On the first day, we requested bedside lamps for the bedroom since there were none. The walls are dark, and with little lighting, the room felt gloomy.
The bathroom needs work: a shower screen and shelves for toiletries. Taking a shower makes a mess of the apartment and we ended up putting all the toiletries of four people on the kitchen counter. More and more comfortable pillows. There is only ONE per person!
