The hotel is perfectly located in Amsterdam. It is close to all the restaurants and bars, but not too noisy for a room that is located at 1st floor. The 4 people-room was perfect for a weekend with friends, with spacious bathroom and confortable beds. We enjoyed it!
We met a few mouses in the hotel corridor...

Great location. Small but nice lodging. Modern, clean and exactly what we needed. The fan in the room was a great addition and not something we found everywhere during our stays.

A boutique room, location complimentary sprite and twix
The stairs are very steep, narrow and dangerous, especially when carrying a case. This should have been in the description.
If the bar below was opened, that would have been a disaster. Fortunately, it wasn't a d again. There is no mention that this hotel is part of the bar. beware if you are not staying out till 2am!!

The staff is friendly, but it’s not available to provide you with fast service. It is very clean.
The hotel is located on the very street where there is a disco open until 5 am.

Very well located and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was too hot and we had to keep the windows open to have some air. Moreover, the street was extremely loud, people making noise around didn't allow us to sleep well. I think a fan could help in this case.

Location was close to the offices, room beautifully decorated, tea and a couple of drinks available
Very loud, music from the bar and outside, the windows did not keep the noise out, was footballmatch going on. No instructions for WiFi, no one available once bar closed. Very steep chairs to walk up, did not have luggage but would not work with a heavy suitcase

Very friendly hosts, made us feel very welcome. The rooms very well sized and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is in a great location and easy to find. The Wi-Fi and mini fridge with soft drinks was a lovely touch.
The bathroom blind in the room I had wasn't working and was stuck in the closed position, which would have been fine but the bathroom light didn't work either. The shower had next to no water pressure and even stopped dispensing water at one point.

They really made us feel comfortable. Excellent facilities, great vibe downstairs. Would happily stay here again.
Need more lights as you go downstairs. Quite dark, worried about falling.

The staff were excellent and very accomodating (thank you Renee! :))
The rooms were great for for the price, were comfortable and great location
I liked everything!
Yes, it is noisy at night... but it is in a prime spot in a busy city... what would you expect?!

Good room on a good location! We had a trouble with the heat on first night and they changed us room immediately . The bed was comfy and the room was cosy .

We’ve checked in 1 hour prior despite new covid restrictions. The room looked very nice with its high ceiling and wall molding. The bed was comfortable and we got a small Smeg fridge with snacks in it and variety of sodas. Location was just perfect - a grocery store just across the street, burger joints next door and a coffee shop nearby. We’ll definitely book this place again whenever we’re in Amsterdam again.
There were small pots of blooms on the bed sheets. We didn’t inform the staff about it since we were so tired after a rainy day that it even mattered.

Check-in was easy, the room #2 was a little larger than others with a sitting area overlooking the street, bed was comfortable, large cable tv, fridge, hot water kettle. Cozy and comfortable. Supermarket and Starbucks across the street, dozens of restaurants within 5 minute walk, tram line stop 2 minute walk. Would stay again.
If you arrive on a weekend with jet lag your sleep is likely to be disturbed by revelers on the street as there are several rowdy bars nearby. If you are old, encumbered with big bags, or don’t like steep, narrow, winding steps, this is not the place for you.

Good position, nice room with cozy beds. The bathroom has two showers and very nice lights. The maid comes every morning and the staff is very nice
Maybe the only bad things were the stairs, not very comfortable for elder people. Besides from that everything went smoothly

We got scamed for 250€ :) would not recommend to book a trip in this hotel

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel's bed I've ever slept on. The double shower was just amazing and the shower gel/shampoo used in this hotel are absolutely AWESOME. The zone where the hotel is located is perfect, you're five minutes away from the most popular districts, like the red light district, there is a market right in front of the hotel, a coffeeshop attached to it (even if I recommend the Bulldog, not the Hunter) and a tram stop (Koningsplein) like ten minutes away from the hotel. The people working at the bar are awesome and cheerful, they are always ready to help, and the room is cleaned every morning.
Put a damn elevator! There is a Narrow staircase that might be a little hard to Climb with your luggages, but other than that, it's really not THAT bad.

Everything was amazing! Amazing location, the room was unreal, friendly staff, well worth the money!
The stairs were a little scary and hard to get your bags down but other than it was perfect.

amazing location and the bed was very comfortable (even though it wasn't double, but two singles). The stuff was discreet and friendly, and the room had good soundproofing, The bar downstairs was the best.
There was no breakfast. The bathroom doorknob was missing, and even though they replaced it, the bathroom door still couldn't close. They needed to scrub it with sandpaper, something they did not do. At the end, they refunded us some money of the total price. We stayed at room no5, which was, by far, the worst (did not reflect the pictures on booking.com). So, as a friendly advice, i would recommend to specify NOT to stay at this room. For the price we payed, it was not worth all the trouble.
