Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen und auch Freunden empfehlen 😄😄

Das Frühstück war viel und die Auswahl reicht, das jeder satt wird. Es war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein comfort Doppelzimmer, (Eckezimmer) und die Aussicht vom zehnten Stock war toll. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und gut isoliert. Beim Betreten vom, Zimmer fühlte es sich direkt an wie Urlaub. Das Bett war richtig schön groß und die Kissen richtig gut. Das Bad ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Bahn hält genau gegenüber vom Hotel. Man braucht ca. 20 min bis Amsterdam Central.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu schreiben, außer das vielleicht kleinere Verschleiß schäden repariert werden könnten. Aber das mindert nichts an der Qualität des Zimmers. Rollo mit leichten Rissen. Die Bettumrandung (Kunstleder) war leicht abgerissen. Das Klemmbrett, wo Infos vom Hotel standen, wölpte sich schon auf. Das Hotel eigene Parkhaus, könnte billiger sein. 20 Euro pro Tag ist schon hoch. Wie gesagt nur Kleinigkeiten 😜

Perfekt für einen Amsterdam Besuch

Ideale Lage. Mit der Straßenbahn Linie 2 (vor der Tür) zu den wichtigsten Punkten der Stadt. Geräumiges, gut schallisoliertes Zimmer. Bequemes Parken, wenn auch kostenpflichtig.

Der Raumservice sollte merken und kontrollieren, ob Lampen nicht funktionieren (Schminkspiegel und Stehlampe). Aber das ist eher eine Kleinigkeit.

Bathroom was very nice, the rain shower was amazing. The 24hr reception made us feel very safe, the staff were also warm on arrival. The hotel itself is just outside the town, however, when renting bikes the travel into Amsterdam central was glorious through vondel park. I would recommend traveling into town on bikes rather than the metro (which is close only a 5 min walk away) just for the opportunity of going though the park and is actually quicker at only 20 mins. I would also recommend stopping at De vondeltuin in the morning for the most amazing latte macchiato. Overall very good as I would stay again.

I initially booked a standard double and upgraded before arrival. It was well worth it.The room was very spacious and the facilities were fantastic, very clean, very comfy and big bed, excellent view and the staff were very helpful.

Can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The only small thing is that it isn't exactly in the centre but it didn't matter because it's well connected in terms of transportation so it didn't really make a difference for us

I had good stay

15 min from the city center by bus which is outside the hotel. Clean and very comfortable room.

I did a self check-in when I arrived at the hotel and paid 10 € for arriving before 3pm. I was very tired and after a long journey and with heavy suitcases would have liked to be helped for the check-in by the people in reception but even though they weren't busy I got no help at all. The people in reception should be a little more polite and respond to a greeting. I didn't receive any greeting in the 3 days I stayed there.

Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room & bathroom was spacious, clean & aired. The double bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was great as the weather was very hot during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price, with a great selection including sausages, rashers, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, cold meats, cereals, pancakes, buns etc. There is a tram (tram 2) that brings you straight to the centre, with some interesting stops along the way (Flower market, museum park, Dam square and ends at central station). Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 20 minutes by tram from the center,

nice big corner room with beautiful view, kind staff.

air co difficult to regulate either too cold or too warm, cannot open window because of the noise from the highway. The price was rather high for the general quality of the hotel, but Amsterdam is very expensive, beautiful and very dirty!

Good location, very welcoming staff I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room. A little out from the centre but very easy to get the tram to explore Amsterdam. I would happily stay here again.

I am always cold and the heating was a bit meh but I was given an extra quilt so no issue really.

unexpected disappointment

A place , only 12 min from centre.

Room cleaning - only one time for 3 nights When asked why our room was not cleaned? I got a response from the receptionist that we are giving the prerogative first of all to the rooms that have just check out. For the first time I encounter this.The room was only cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast was very poor, especially for vegetarians. Shower dripping all the time in the bathroom

The room provided was spacious with large windows, offering a pleasant view. The air conditioning was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. Additionally, there was a convenient option to store luggage around the check-in and check-out times.

The location of the hotel was a bit outside the city center, requiring a tram ride of approximately 30 minutes to reach the city center. It is worth noting that the tram service did not operate throughout the night. The cleanliness of the toilet was not satisfactory, and it was evident that there was a significant amount of hair on the hairdryer.

I've stayed at this hotel about 10 times now, the only place I stay when in Amsterdam. The staff are friendly, it's clean, good facilities, close to shops and other amenities like trams and trains.

I have no complaints or suggestions to make.
