Nice hotel in a great location with friendly staff

Great location! Easy access to transit and lots of restaurants nearby. Grocery stores across the street! They have a great coffee machine in the lobby.
The hotel noise was very loud (slamming doors, housekeeping, people dragging furniture) which made it hard to recover from jet lag (and have our child sleep). No fridges in room or ice anywhere made it hard to enjoy a cold beverage in the room, but they do sell things in the lobby. The stairs are VERY steep, but the stroller parking in the lobby was convenient.

We got a Garden facing room at the second floor, very quiet. The Hotel is really clean, staff is professional and friendly, we felt very welcome. The hotel is in a great location, close to several tram lines: 17, 19, 12. The area is lively, not touristic, with local shops, cafes and restaurants.

Overall the property was clean. The stairs going up are really really narrow and dangerous. We unfortunately had no luggage due to the airport losing it but I dont think we would have been able to get our luggage upstairs. Its really tight. We were overcharged on the taxi ride there too. So not sure if I would go out of my way to stay here again.
The stairs up. The balcony also just overlooked a dirty roof top.
