the location is amazing and easy to get to from everywhere. the staff were lovely and the place was clean.
the shower is only a curtain door so the bathroom can get very wet if you are taking a longer shower.

Location was very central which we loved. Staff were very helpful. We would return here next time we go to Amsterdam.

Good location, right outside the tram stop or a 20 minute walk into the centre. Ideal place to stay for our weekend away.
Noisy at night.

I really liked the location for the property and the option to have house cleaning daily.
Room presented afterwords was clean but basic.
Heat worked well once it was turned on.
The stairs! They are steep and small, not good for carrying heavy luggage up and down.
Walls are paper thin (yes, you hear EVERYTHING)
No on-site options for snacks, coffee/tea etc.
