Great property if you have a big family and want to spend quality time on your trip to Florence. Everything was seamless and there is both a dining room and a big kitchen that are connected to hang out.
Public transport is also only 3 mins away via the tram that connects to both train and airport which is great considering florence taxis are very expensive
Only minor con is the small elevator that can only accommodate one person and 1-2 luggage so it takes multiple trips to carry luggage.

Very spacious apartment. 10min from old town.
Paid parking with shadow inside the garden is very practical.
Helpful stuff and good English communication.

Amazing property, palatial rooms, you feel like royals staying in the suite
Had a bit of a trouble with mosquitoes in 1 room as it rained on the day we checked in

The location is perfect. Rodolfo is a very helpful gentleman, met us, and explained all, suggested a good restaurant.
Street noise. I believe better sound insulation will be highly valued. And
