Great location and the room was comfortable. Enrico and Filippo were very friendly and helpful.

Location was great - easy walk to main attractions and a wonderful indoor market. Very clean (once inside) and staff were friendly and helpful
Hard to find - tiny gold plaque on wall (no large hotel sign) and entrance was locked, smelled fowl and was dark and uninviting. We wondered if we were in the right place! Needs drastic improvement as it's very off-putting.
Mattress didn't seem to fit base so pillows constantly slipped down the back - needs new frame.

Enrico was very helpful getting us checked in and explaining everything. The room was clean and fresh, the bed very comfortable, and the location is perfect
