Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from the Lookout tower were nice and being able to order drinks up there was fun!!

What an incredible lodge -- the facilities were beautifully decorated from the communal areas to the viewing platform which was truly magical. The bedlinen was top quality with a brilliant shower enjoyed by the whole family -- thank you for the bespoke toiletries too. All the meals, particularly breakfast, were delicious.
The lunch was a tad expensive for what it was.

Smaller boutique style hotel. Comfortable room, nice tropical style garden. Staff friendly and helpful.
Located 3-4 kms from Falls necessitating use of taxis (at USD8 per trip). Reception staff spend a lot of time upselling excursions. Cost when booked though Hotel is about 50 percent higher than same excursion booked with TripAdvisor.
