Location, location, location. It was the perfect location for all the sight seeing we had planned. Really appreciated the fan. Staff was great and breakfast was good.
Whole bathroom floor got wet when taking a shower. An extra bath mat would have been helpful.

Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nice breakfast
No kettle in room - but had tea/coffee making facilities in reception
Not many seats at normal height tables for breakfast

The location is incredible. We chose to have breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Our favorite thing was to come back from a day of exploration and grab a cold drink (interest selection on beer) and an ice cream treat in the lobby.
Considering that they are old buildings, air conditioning isn't available (or wasn't for the room we were in). An oscillating fan was provided and we felt safe enough to leave our window open through the night to help cool the room. Maybe schedule your stay when there isn't a heatwave!

The location was good and we were able to walk to many of the attractions that were of interest to us. The staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The hotel had a few basic drink and food items to purchase which was helpful of an evening.
The room was very basic and the hair dryer was fixed over the toilet (very odd). I didn't attempt to put in my contact lenses as the main bathroom mirror was also above the toilet. The room was clean, but a little worn and the coffee machine was the only way to heat water for any hot drink.
