Room was retro decor but everything in good condition and very clean, nice little balcony away from the street, really nice and helpful staff on reception
The windows could have mosquito netting on them, also the fire doors were very loud and woke us up multiple times in the night with people coming back late and leaving early

Friendly reception staff available 24/7, gave good advice about where to eat nearby. Great position for access to reasonable restaurants, bars, shopping on Via Buenos Aires, and Milano Centrale station. Window onto internal courtyard rather than the street, so quiet.
Shower so cramped that it was difficult to wash well. Bedding rather minimal, a second pillow or cushion or something would have been nice. No way of making a drink in the room.
