This accommodation was in an excellent location with easy parking and was comfortable enough for our short stay.

Great! Whistler Village is happening! The accommodations are central and convenient. Lots to do and see. Hot tub was pretty small for the volume of traffic it gets (so it's a bit yucky). Otherwise, it was solid. More snow and less rain would have been great. Overall, and excellent time!

Let me begin by saying the property manager, Bob, was incredibly responsive and supportive after we provided mid-trip feedback on this property. I totally respect his transparency and efforts to make this right, not just for us real-time but also for future guests. I anticipate these accommodations will improve.
The positives: this property is in a great location on the main Whistler stroll. We've been staying at Whistler for a decade in various locations, and this one was quite convenient. Two bedrooms was also a plus, although we purposefully sought that out.
The opportunities (I provided the following feedback to the property manager): While this property advertises to sleep six, we were troubled to find we only had three bowls, a few spoons and a few plates - these weren't enough dishes to get our family of three through dinner and breakfast without fully hand washing everything. There were about 20 sharp knives but no real dishes or utensils (for example, measuring cups) for actual meals. Also, we were thrilled to sit by the fireplace at night but found it didn’t function or is not aligned with the thermostat instructions - we couldn't find any way to turn it on. Lastly, I was excited to find a hair dryer in the unit but - after showering before heading outside for a ski - discovered it had a European plug which makes no sense for Whistler (I then had wet hair for the ski day, which was an awful experience). This unit lacks some critical basics and is in need of love, and some things leave a lot to desire (bed coverings, pillows, etc). Definitely an opportunity to improve!

Close proximity to everything in the village! Clean, all amenities available. Highly recommend.

Great location! The walk to the lift took about 5-10 minutes. Also the grocery stores were nearby; about a 5 minute walk. The condo felt nice and cozy but the furniture and appliances could need some upgrading. I wish the hot tub was in the same building. Other than that, I would stay here again!
3.0
Was concerned on arrival to find two toilet plungers and minimal cleaning gear - not even a dishcloth! Carpet needs repair, oven and bbq need cleaning and queen duvet needs a wash to remove staining. Communication with the property manager was excellent when the heater needed repair and the toilet overflowed. A convenient location.
4.0
The unit is well situated for those who want to be close enough to the bottom of the hill and the main village, but far enough from the noise and the crowds. I would recommend it for 4 persons moreso than up to 6. The pull out was broken and not usable when we arrived but Bob the property manager was fast to find and acceptable solution - which we appreciated greatly.
5.0
Overall we enjoyed our stay! it is very centrally located right in Whistler village in the middle of everything, walkable to both the Whistler Gondola and Blackcomb Base very easily, which is great!
Bob was very communicative, even reached out prior to us coming to let us know he heard the road was closed and to make sure we keep an eye on the status, this was very helpful.
The place was roomy for 4 people which is great, and had plenty of appliances and space in the kitchen for our breakfast and apres ski stuff
Our only complaint was the hot tub, it was over in Eagle Lodge, we trudged over in the ice and snow outdoors and it looked somewhat green and dirty, so we left. However, it may have just been due to the whole area being short-staffed due to some very odd and extreme weather and workers not making it in, it is possible it is usually better!
Overall we'd recommend!

Great spot.

This property was run down and dirty with a very strong cooking smell that wouldn’t go away. Utensils that value village would call garbage, non fitting bead spreads with stains and a side chair that looked like it was found in an alley. It’s merits, dogs were allowed and the parking garage was tall enough to accommodate an SUV with a roof box. I’ve stayed in WAY nicer places for equal or less in Whistler, places that weren’t the best either but this was like a east van flop house with a nice tv.

Clean property, convenient location, plenty of room and fairly quiet. EV chargers a plus.

Can't beat the location as it's right in the Village. Very clean and had all the basic amenities. Loved starting there. We will be back.

I liked the area where we stayed the property was ok it was not very clean it smelled we had issues with the TV so it was ok. It was my Daughters birthday gift weekend and it was a little disappointing , we love Whistler it was our first time back in 4 yrs. so we were excited to be there.

We had a wonderful stay here for EWS Whistler, and it was the perfect location for our family. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc for us to cook with since dining out is quite expensive in the Village. It was noisy with the windows open at night...mostly the traffic (frequent buses) on the street below the bridge. We had a problem with a major appliance, but the condo property manager was quick to assist us.

Not good. Washing machine gushed water all over the place then left the room stinky. It took a while to get maintenance to fix it. Was a hassle to get extra towels but eventually was able to get more so that was good. Didn’t realize there was no central A/C so bedrooms were so beyond hot at night. It felt like I was camping outdoors.

Location is perfect. Unit has everything you need. 100% recommended

Bear 215
Good location. Kitchen very poorly stocked with necessities - salt was hidden in a side closet; no peeler; no grater. Just had pepper and sugar and about 1 tblsp of oil. No foil or parchment.
Parking quite expensive - so parked across the street for half the price.

Great location but very worn out
The fact that we were able to get a kitchen plus two bedrooms for the price we paid in the location that this VRBO is at is amazing. But here's the thing with this property - you absolutely get exactly what you pay for.
First I'll say this - the owners, Itrip - Bob specifically, are so nice and they do everything to communicate and accommodate you, which I love in a rental. They've also done everything that they can to keep the unit clean and up-to-date short of actually renovating it.
That said, there were a few issues. The first being that the day we arrived, a group told us that the elevator had been broken for days and it had finally just started working again. They'd had to walk up multiple flights of stairs in ski boots. In addition, I LOVE that they allow pets (THANK YOU SO MUCH) but the best place to take your pet out is through the back stairwell that comes out behind the building and the lighting back there isn't great. Now this isn't South Side Chicago, it's Whistler but still - a girl alone with a puppy can be a bit creepy in the dark. The other thing to note is the things were broken in the unit. One of the stools had legs that were broken, the door handle of one of the bedrooms popped off while my friend was trying to leave the room and he had to call me to be let out, there's a handle in the bathroom that's missing a part, the dishwasher (as other people have noted) is kind of janky, and the microwave has no plate inside it just a big hole so you have to basically just set a plate in there from the cupboard. Lastly, if you're tall, the bathroom will be difficult to use. I'm 5'5" and the sink came up to my upper thighs, and it's a tiny sink. The shower also has a huge tub-like step to climb over if you're getting in, so it would be difficult for anyone a bit less nimble.
But if you're just looking for a place that has basic accommodations in a perfect location with a great price, this is 100% the place.

Convenient stay for a ski trip
Overall it was a great stay. Easily sleeps 6 with the 2 bedrooms and a futon couch. Missing a few things in the kitchen and a couple things are starting to fall apart (dishwasher, shelf, etc.), and the extra bedding for the futon wasn't the cleanest/missing duvet covers, but otherwise worked perfectly for our group. 7 minute walk to the gondola and being right in the village can't be beat! We always enjoy our stays in these lodges.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed here for a weekend with friends and it was great. 2 bedrooms and a pull out easily sleeps 6. The kitchen lacked a few things but our group was prepared and brought a few extra things. There are a couple things that are falling apart/could need replacing but no big deal. (dishwasher is functional but enjoys falling off the track/out of the cupboard, extra bedding for futon wasn't the cleanest, could use extra stools for the table). It's right in the village and only a 7 minute walk to the gondola which is very convenient.
Overall great place and would definitely recommend.

Needs improvement, but great location, price & setup!
Location was fantastic! Minimal noise, especially during quiet hours 10p-8a. Easy access to everything Whistler. Underground gated parking for $16 CAD daily. Ski lockers for boards & skis on ground level were small, but handy. Layout is wonderful for a group of friends or small family. Issues that need addresses: broken furniture in entry way; kitchen disorganized & low quality knives and not super well stocked; not enough toilet paper, paper towels, or Kleenex; light bulbs don't match in bathroom & some were burned out in unit & on porch; porch was awesome but could use another chair (only 2); towels were stained- maybe provide black towels for people to dry equipment off with so the white ones don't get stained? The porch w/ BBQ was great! The sitting area was great! The kitchen table was awesome! Beds were decent. Dog friendly, but no signs of previous pets aside from a few small damages (no smells or stains or fur). We had a great time and would be back in heartbeat!!

Nice place, great location
We really enjoyed the condo. If is on the quiet side of the village so there wasn't a great deal of noise until the bars closed. The space is bright and there is a great deal of natural light. It was very clean and it was easy to find everything. It was nice to see new carpet. However, some upgrades need to happen in order to give this suite a perfect score. The kitchen for example, needs a redo.

The location of our suite was wonderful although noisy when the bars closed.
The suite location was wonderful although noisy when the bars closed. We were woken up several times by noisy people outside of our suite. The sunlight in the suite was wonderful and there was a wonderful breeze the whole time we were there.
Also, the condo is older and needs upgrades such as new kitchen cupboards. The carpet is new which was great to see. Overall we were very happy.

Great location in a great resort
We chose this property for the location and it was perfect. We also took advantage of online grocery delivery from Nesters grocery and was thrilled with this service! The actual unit is very dated and the arm chair needs to be thrown out or professionally cleaned. Overall it met our needs.

HomeAway-StayAway
We have checked in the 2 bedroom unit on Feb 7, 2020, what a surprise, - broken stool, laying on the floor in pieces, dirty chair , broken build in microwave - replaced with stand alone microwave on the already small space counter-top, missing plates, bowls, deep plates, wine / beer glass, carpet that was relatively new ; however improperly installed -strings coming out between any doorway, cutlery drawer coming a part, shelf that was supposed to be used as storage was left with multiple cans of left over paint! Wen we complaint to the owners, the only think that was done was fixing the chair! We have visited Whistler multiple time over last 3 years and I must say the this unit was worst than any other units we have rented before and also the cost was over 30% higher than units we have rented before.
What a disappointment

Weekend trip
Our weekend trip at the property was great. Location is right in the middle of things. Parking lot was a bit tough to find arriving late at night but that was the hardest part of a great weekend at the property.

Great location but furnishings and cleanliness were below expectations. Reached out to the manager and owner about issues while there and got suggestions but no solutions. Could be a great place if updated and cleaned. Currently I would say it’s best suited for those comfortable staying in “college apartment“ quality lodging.

It was good. Property clean. Location is a bit louder. Next to police/fire. But you are above Cows which is a major bonus if you are my kids :)

Done
I've stayed at whistler A LOT so lots to compare to. the beer cans, cigarette butts and all that hair on the roof outside the balcony a nice touch. clearly been there a long time. and for the cost I've never had to empty my own wastepaper baskets before. might apply if renting to pigs but then again there's the roof thing. and no paperwork on checkout because my reservation "not in the system"? hope my credit card is charged the correct amount.

Great location!
A perfect home base for my little family. We were able to easily walk to EVERYTHING! The condo had everything we needed and was well stocked with extra linens and kitchen tools. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for us were that the place could use a steam cleaning (most noticeable for those of us with a toddler playing on the floor) and that it can be loud in the village/in the bedroom next to the stairs at night. But if you are a group of adults looking to kick back and enjoy the full Whistler experience, this place is 5 stars, hands down.
