Strange mix of pros&cons. An option for a short stay if you don't have too high expectations.

There are benefits: hotel's location, nice personnel (most of the staff), spacious room, clean bed sheets, almost all necessary apliances were available, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 25 minutes walk to Dubai Marina Mall, etc.

Drawbacks: The hotel is old. There is a lot of spots on the ceiling in the living room. The ceiling in the bathroom looks awful. There was water leakage from the bathroom ceiling. Twice! Asked for an another room. Got it quickly. Cockroaches visited us twice. The drying rack was unavailable in none of the rooms. The one brought to the first room was old and rusty. The personal hygiene items were not present in the first room. The safe box was available, but was not fixed to the wardrobe. One night there were very loud visitors in the cafe outside, what made impossible to sleep well.

The location was good, and the staff was very welcoming. The room by itself consists of everything you might need during a short stay. Kitchen equipped with stove, kitchenware, etc.

The room is old; it needs renovation. Even with the conditioner working all the time, it was super humid in the room; the floor was wet, and all the textile was wet, too. In addition, we killed 4 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. Should I say anything more?!

The hotel is OK. Relatively good value for money. The location is absolutely great in the heart of Dubai Marina with easy walking access to the metro.

The facilities are generally quite old and need refurbishing.

Love this place

Our apartment was very nice, Marina View , great location, you could reach the JBR Beach by the walk in 10 Minutes, stuff very friendly, nice place to stay…

Bathroom, pool area on the top floor, whirlpool and gym need already upgraded…

Great staffs. Great hotel location - Few minutes' walk to Dubai Marina Mall. Supermarket across the street from the hotel entrance. Plenty of eateries all around the hotel so PLENTY of choices. Always taxi waiting in front of the hotel so no problems getting one. Beach is nearby where you have hundreds more food choices and adventures. There are restoration works going in the hotel and you may hears knocking and drilling noises however, I was hardly in the room during the daytimes, so it didn't bother me much. I was told these restoration works will take several months. Decent basement parking lots although I did say not for sports cars with low clearance. Gym is small and basic.

Fabulous view! Perfect location!

A good sized apartment with a fabulous view! There is a huge supermarket just over the road which has everything you need - apart from alcohol.

It has seen better days and needs modernising. The bathroom is very small and the kitchen stove top is very old. But the view is to die for so who cares!

Nothing special! Nothing like the advertising. Nothing luxurious.

Old hotel with old furniture. Poor. Impossible to get taxi there as road was always blocked. 1.5 to 2km to walk ro rhe beach lits of walking fir everything!!! . Sauna and steam bath were not working VERY DISAPPOINTING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. Long queues at breakfast! Really a bad experience

Location and breakfast was very good. It was nice to have breakfast overlooking the marina lake view

This hotel was the best for me to relax. The behavior of the staff of this hotel is very good. If you have any problem, just share it with them and they will give you the best solution.

need to improve the facility in the hotel

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. walking out the hotel. people can walk in the bay and there are many restaurants. And very nice sightseeing. there is one supermarket on the same street for people to buy the food easily. the restaurant is cooperation with one good restaurant in basement.

this is my 3rd time to stay in this hotel. But hotel was getting old after Covid-19. And less maintance, less staff. and less items in the kitchen. even there is no mop, no cleaning liquid for us to use it in the kitchen. Hotel should support more items for customers, becuase customer can't buy sponge and cleaning liquid for each stay.

There was very burning or cigarette smell in the room - the carpet was burnt out, maybe that was it. Renovation would be necessary in the room.

After all found better option nearby within same price range.

Been charged extra during check-out. Stay been fully prepaid, amount confirmed on check-in but out of nothing hotel "computer system" increased total amount.

A mixed review.

The staff were amazing - they were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great, there was a large selection of hot and cold options. Tea was always piping hot too, and readily available. The chef also took extra requests for porridge, different egg types etc. The room was comfortable, very equipped kitchen for cooking. Bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel was perfect if you didn’t plan on spending much time in it, which was exactly what we had planned. It was perfectly located for moving around - close to the Metro to Dubai Mall etc, close to the beach as well.

The bathroom is very outdated (surely shower curtains are extinct?), the water was tepid at best and went from weak to powerful throughout the shower. The hotel is located right beside a mosque, which means call to prayer is heard very clearly (starting at 4.51am). Even with ear plugs it was difficult to sleep through!

The best hotel 🏨 and services.

The room is spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Every day the towels are changed and the room cleaned. The reception is opened 24/24 and if you have questions all the time someone is available to help you. They have a restaurant as well and the food is exceptional. Our stay in this hotel was perfect.

I have nothing to say here.

we extended our the stay multiple times due to changes to our need, each time was seemless.

kitchenette, very suitable for short-term holiday customers, for long-term people, it can be a bit limiting

The sauna was not working, and the steam room needed to be switched on by the pool lifeguard on request, which he was always happy to do, yet it isn't very convenient
