I've stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The location is far enough from the loud tourist zone, what's gives this place an extremely perfect taste of local living. Peaceful and quiet garden-style property makes me feel home. The locked gate gives a sense of security. The rooms are clean and chill. The stuff is nice and friendly. Close to local restaurants and shops. Well maintained rooms and entire property made my vacation complet. Extremely recommended to those in need of fresh air in their lives.

A really great place to stay, only had time for one night due to work commitments, but the villa was very clean, well furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the pool area was nice and the hotel staff were friendly. The location is good, its around a 20 minute walk from the Ferry terminal but a taxi is only 100 MXN and could be there in 5 minutes.

Wonderful and friendly staff who are coaxing the last bit of cash out of a crumbling hotel.
Bed’s decent, but the pillows are like bags of lazily mashed up potatoes - full of lumps. On the positive side - the staff are friendly, the AC cranks and the TV works…
Where to begin…it’s located directly adjacent to THE major street (you’ll smell it all night - it’s like breathing from a motorbike tailpipe as you sleep) AND directly next-door to a fire house/emergency 911 ambulance Dispatch Center (you’ll hear the test sirens in the morning).
Communication prior to arrival is terrible and the Internet connection at the hotel is even worse…
Place is in need of more than a coat of paint… the tattered sheets reflect the state of the overall place. They’ll give you good, free coffee, but if it’s not ready until 8 AM, what’s even the point? There are much better deals on Cozumel, do a little research save yourself some time and money and frustration.
I suppose if you want to have easy access to the transverse road or an ambulance this might be the place for you.
