Nice rooms , clean, great access to the beach , good food
Poor service , quality of the the drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic is very low, a lot of missing items in the bar, low qualified staff, a lot of small to medium disfunctuonalities in the rooms

A very good 5-star hotel. We were here before Covid and I should say they take care of the hotel pretty well. Everything is in a great condition, clean and well maintained. The food was tasty and of very good quality. The beach was clean and easy to enter.
No mosquito nets in a 5-star hotel? Are you kidding me? Because of it was impossible to open windows in the room and it was always pretty humid and hard to breathe. The mosquito nets do not cost a fortune. I’m sure you could install them 😉

The staff were very kind, welcoming. The food was good, with a nice variety of options and good quality throughout my stay. We have received a gift at the end of the stay
The room was comfortable and clean; however, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room temperature remained quite high, which affected the overall comfort. Improving the air conditioning system would make the stay even better.
The only drawback was the air conditioning in my room, which was not working efficiently and did not cool the room adequately. However, the temperature in all other hotel facilities was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well in the common areas.
Additionally, the shower in the bathroom was somewhat inconvenient to use, which affected the overall comfort of the room.

Location was great and the connection to the beach
Overall, the hotel lives up to its official rating. However, the quality of the food and the organisation of the staff during meal service fall far below expectations.
Buffet trays are frequently empty, tables are left covered with used dishes, and there is a very limited selection of fresh vegetables. It is also difficult to understand why Greek yoghurt is not available at the breakfast buffet—especially at a hotel in Greece.
Finally, it is disappointing that guests who have paid for an all-inclusive package are required to pay extra for a proper cappuccino at the bar. These issues significantly affect the overall guest experience and should be addressed.
