The staff was very friendly and qualified and they gave us useful informations. The room was very clean.
The noise from the tram.

Clean and tidy, well priced and good transport links. Bed oddly large
Reception was closed Saturday evening, there were back up instructions that worked but it caused more worry than I’d like at the start of a holiday

Close to tram
Only issue we had was last night room card didn’t work, but they did answer the phone and fix it
