First class Customer service from Andrea. He is a very kind and caring individual that loves to help out and meet / exceed his guests needs. He checked in several times on us during our stay, anything we needed he responded promptly. He helped us book excursions and gave us great recommendations for places to see and restaurants to eat at. If 10 stars were a thing, it would definitely go to Andrea. I cannot recommend him and this property enough. Great location on the Amalfi coast. When we return to Amalfi, this is definitely our first choice and will be the first person we go to.

Great location, close to main city and very clean! Staff are wonderful, breakfast is also top quality. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends :)
The stairs are challenging if you’re carrying a lot of luggage

Location close to heart of town but not right in it. Initiated correspondence on how you can't park at the hotel and where you can park. Directions could be clearer.
Only breakfast option is in the room, with time set the night before. Below average food. Finding it was difficult as signage is very poor - none in view coming from Amalfi center, small and unreadable driving in from Sorrento. In general, not worth the price.
