Kalani Kai Beach House is a private gated oceanfront home located on one of the Waialae Beach Lots with a beautiful swimming pool nestled next to a sandy beach. The upstairs master suite has a king-size bed and panoramic ocean views from a private lanai. The downstairs master suite with its king-size bed opens onto the oceanside pool lanai. The queen bedroom suite is separate just off the great room. For the kids there’s a double-double loft/bunk bed. Kalani Kai Beach House kitchen opens to both the pool lanai and the great room. Cathedral ceilings give the home a grand feeling of space. Each room is air-conditioned with its own zone climate control. There’s a separate cable TV gathering room and TVs are in the larger bedrooms. WIFI is available throughout the house and yard. Bordering the backyard is a sand covered beach and at low tide the Kahala Hotel and its restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. For enjoyment of the many island attractions, it’s only 10 minutes to Hanauma Bay and just beyond that to Sea Life Park and Sandy Beach. While isolated from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, this private gated retreat is less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of Waikiki. Kahala Mall, Foodland (grocery store), Longs/CVS (drugstore), Costco, local and fine dining are just minutes away. Create memories with family and friends around the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, cooking and dining out on the oceanfront backyard pool lanai. Just outside the oceanside gate enjoy fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking. This is the ideal spot for the perfect family Hawaiian vacation! This was a beautiful home and very accommodating for our family of 9! The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was close to the airport as well as easy access to restaurants n grocery stores. The pool and walk out access to the beach was a definite bonus. We had a wonderful family Christmas here in Oahu. Thanks to Sandy for such a warm welcome!

Loved this house! My adult family of 8 stayed here comfortably with plenty of room. The house was very private and well appointed. The location is wonderful, far enough from the crowds to feel exclusive, but not too far from shops and town. The driveway is tricky, but we would definitely to come back and stay here again.

This is a beautiful facility, with the beach right out the back gate. The beach is shallow (not swimmable) and safe for children. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with utensils and gadgets. One of the two master bedrooms has a jacuzzi and a shower large enough for two (or more!). The swimming pool is not gated, so if you have young children, they need to be supervised. Getting in and out of the driveway is very doable even though you are on a busy street. No traffic noise. There is a hose outside but no outside shower. We had a great time and were very comfortable. Sandy responded to our silliest questions immediately and gave very clear directions to the house. All in all a wonderful stay.

The house was perfect for me and some adult friends to comfortably visit Oahu. The location was good save for getting in and out of the driveway on to Hwy 72. Shops were conveniently located and it was easy to get to and from any 0lace on the island. The beach in front of the houescould be cleaned up your yard crew routinely. It was unattractive.

Very comfortable home supplied with abundant and quality amenities. The property is close to shopping locations. Communication with Sandy was excellent. This is a great place for a family vacation.

The pool depth of 4 feet was perfect for our 7 and 9 year old granddaughters, and 50’ away was a beach with a shallow walk to a coral reef. We snorkeled and fished a lot and had a great time. The house amenities were spectacular.
