so many things wrong with this place and booking.com should not be advertising such place as a rating of 7+ that is misleading and so disappointed with booking.com
be aware:
> nails coming out of the floor boards and sticking out
> toilet door does not shut
> dust everywhere and spider webs
> noise absolutely ridiculous, sawing machine above apartment going until midnight, kids running around, no sound proofing at all
>wouldn’t waste my money on this place
>3 boilers in our apartment accommodating other rooms, noise going on and on!

Very spacious apartment, perfect for 3. Warm, quiet and in walking distance of city centre. Beds comfy and all facilities were good, inc Tv with Netflix.
Would appreciate more coffee. Pillows a bit too soft.

It was exactly what we wanted: low cost lodging that was clean, with reasonably comfortable beds. We did not need any "frills" of hotel services. We got exactly what we wanted.
It would have been nice if the couch had been a bit more comfortable and if there had been more towels. But this is not a complaint - we did not ask for more towels, presumably they would have given us.

Very large room with two floors and 8 beds in total. Fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, within 15 minutes walk from the city center.

the location was really good! 2 mints to the U station. the kitchen was with basic equipment and was good for our use
the stuff didn’t spoke or understand English, was really hard to communicate! we did spoke with the owner, and helped us to understand how the hit can be turned off (yes, it was too hot for us) and basically in the end we open the window.
we didn’t got any explanation with map or something so we were need to find in ourselves the area .

The perfect place to stay for the visiting all interesting objects in Vienna, just 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Kind and helpfull personell.

It was better than what I expected, clean and comfortable. The place is old but it is good value for money. Stuff were very friendly and kind.
Location is good, around 15 minutes walk from city centre.
I recommend it if you want to stay in a budget place.
The only problem is warm water wasn’t always available at night and I do not know why.

I wasn’t expecting much from this place after seeing the photos, just looking for a cheap stay. there was mould on the walls, bugs everywhere and the whole place felt dirty. I would advise staying somewhere else for a little extra cost as we spent much more money staying outside to avoid our hotel room. the toilet was dirty from the previous guest as well as the sink. for €50 a night all we wanted was a bed and somewhere clean and we did not receive this.

The bed is comfortable
Everything was very dirty and no cleaning was done ever, they only arranjed the bed sheets daily and that's it. When we arrived everything was full of dust and there it was clear that no cleaning was made before our arrival (there even was hair in the bathroom floor, in the shower and in some of the bed sheets). I was really considering to book another place but, as I only stayed 3 nights and I had already payed the full price, I ended up sleeping on top of some towels I brought with me and I managed all the total lack of hygiene. I defenitely not recomend this place to anyone!

The location. Metro station is 5-7 minutes on foot, supermarket (SPAR) is 2 minutes and city centre is also about 5-7 minutes.
