Clean, spacious and modern apartment with a small, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Very close to the local Metro station and a very good location, about 15 minute walk from the centre of Brussels.
Bathroom design left a lot to be desired. A glass door with no lock, offering no privacy, is a big no-no. A fixed shower head on the ceiling also not ideal.

Location comfort easy check in and check out

I liked that it was a seamless check in process, the location was central close to a lot of food and shopping options. The staff were all very kind and helpful, there is a gym and laundry room accessible. Honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in Europe.
One thing that was a bit frustrating is the bathroom floor didn’t have drainage. So after a shower and bath there would be water pooling. Which caused us to use more towels than necessary.

Great location, walking distance to key attractions
Facilities too old, we had wobbly tap and the markings on the hob was already disappeared
