Very easy to get access to, no hassle at all. Clear instructions by the owner on how to access too. Very clean property, felt nice and safe with the privacy locking door. Great stay overall even if it was only for 1 night.
Nothing really.

Beautiful building, rooms very pretty and clean. Bed is extremely comfortabel.
I would have liked there to be some plates and cutlery available on the premises. The bathroom was really slippery. Some anti slip floormatt would be nice.

Lovely property with clean, contemporary, and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in/out. Owner also offered current rates on check out instead of rates when initially booked, saving a bit of money, which was greatly appreciated.

Quiet location within walking distance of restaurants and bus stop. Room was very tidy, bed was comfortable.
Not greeted by an employee at check-in. Would have preferred a room that was not ground level.

The location, cleanliness, staff were all outstanding. Couldn't have been better. Especially liked you could open the windows and get fresh, cool air. Delightful.
Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Good sized room, very quiet. Big, comfortable bed. Location – walkable into the city centre, fine for buses, good local shops & cafes.
Garden outside the window was tidy but sparsely planted. Lack of cupboard space in the room.

Location is brilliant, next to the bustling center but in the most stylish neighborhood. Excellent and kind staff giving lots of handy tips. All the comfort and extras you need are available.

Cutest little spot! We had our 2 year old and the setup with the cot was perfect. The room was clean and bright and off the street so nice and quiet

Basically everything. Lovely residential area location with loads of pubs and restaurants a stones throw away. 5-10 minute walk to Dart station which serves all the main places. Wonderful room and building, spotlessly clean, great atmosphere, nice vibe and lovely helpful hosts. If we return to Dublin we would definitely return here.
Quite a walk from the centre if that’s where you plan visiting most (a nice walk though!),

Nice quiet street. Very clean & comfortable. beautiful bathroom.
No one to greet us or give us access to property on site. Had to contact them via phone to get an access code. A little farther from the sights than I had thought, but that’s not their fault.

On the road side, not a big issue.

Beautiful Georgian property renovated to a lovely standard, the room was comfortable and well appointed and the bathroom was particularly pretty - can't fault, love the dogs on the doorstep too! :) Host was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the area
A couple of softer pillows would have a been a nice addition if you prefer those, the pillows on the bed were a bit firm but that's just personal preference!

Room felt clean and luxurious and well looked after. Check in and out was super easy and relaxed
It was a bit expensive - normally that price would include breakfast or something but was a lovely room!

Everything was easy and very well managed. The room has a very good size, very well furnished and everything was perfectly clean. There were 4 perfect days in Dublin.
Maybe I would improve the artificial bright of the room. But it is something without importance.

Everything. The hosts Hilary and Ian were extremely friendly and helpful with everything from early check-in to recommendations about local restaurants, bars and where to catch the aircoach back to the airport.
Nothing.

The place is wonderful. They put so much effort in it. It's modern yet elegant and really quiet. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Self check-in worked without problems. There's great restaurants and bars within short walking distance and even the centre with the usual attractions is just 25 minutes by foot.
