Staff very friendly. Very clean. Good location. Free water bottles. Good coffee (pot) and tea brought to room on request. Rooms made daily. Room does the job for what you need for a city break.
The shower pressure and mechanism (head fixed to wall) isn’t great and a bit outdated. Probably the only minor fault.

Mega friendly & supportive staff & good value for money. Both breakfast options very nearby offer excellent quality.
Nothing to complain about.

The stuff is so polite and nice people. The room is very good with big window and clean. Everything was nice!
It is 20 min (walking) far from the old town, but that's not a problem if you want to walk a bit more.

the location were great, close to
the main attractions.
The price was a bit expensive, but I think it’s the same in all Ireland!

Beautifully clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. Complimentary bittled water always available and the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Wonderful situation just a short walk from O'Connell Street.
There was nothing we didn't like, but next time we'll bring a travel kettle and sime tea bags so we can have a hot drink in the room.

Although the premises in itself were old, the rooms (and especially bathrooms) were renovated recently. We liked the thermostat style tap in the shower. Water pressure was good, no complaints here. Also, everything was clean spotless. Staff was very friendly and always up for small talk. The room in itself wasn't very large, but that didn't matter much, as we spent our time discovering the city ;) We loved the beds, they were very comfy!
As the hotel is in an older building, it doesn't live up to modern standards, especially noise related. Expect creaky floorboards and no soundproofing whatsoever. We didn't mind, but if you're VERY sensible, that might be a minus. Water pipes from the boiler seem to be long, we had to open the shower tap for two minutes or so until water was at it's maximum temperature.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly.
Wi-Fi! Not great on top floor. Lots of stairs.

Nice room. Comfortable beds. Good location for exploring the city.
The room itself was quiet, but the the insulation to neighbor room could be better. Able to hear all conversation through the wall.

Very convenient location, 15 min walk to Temple discrict. Many hotels and B&B nearby, close to Croke stadium. No breakfast served, but tea/hot water on request always available. Extremely helpful and nice reception staff.
Stayed in small single room. Small, but very nicely decorated with very comfortable bed. Bathroomsize small, but ok and well organized. Good free wi-fi.
Noise through the room door from guests passing by.

Absolutely everything, especially how friendly the staff was and how clean it was. we will definitely be back! We also arrived late due to a delayed flight and they was really pleasant and understanding.

Old but clean, great bathroom, friendly stuff
No elevator. I am over 60, had to climb to the top floor. Not a huge problem, but it would be easier if I was placed to lower floors.

Central location, good Cafés around to get a breakfast, for Dublin comparably ok prices, but Dublin is just expensive in general. Friendly staff, clean rooms.
For some people it might be an issue that there is no elevator. For me it was ok.
