The apartment was big enough for our family of 4. We were there to have some fresh air during the heat wave. Well, mission accomplished!
All great. The first day, we had a kind of warm sunny apartment, but we asked from the reception to change, and a cool apartment was provided immediately.

Nice location, friendly staff, parking facility
Bathroom was little small. Pillows were were flat.

It was clean and spacious.
In front of the building there is a free park place.
Breakfast was also good.
when you book the room It was not clear that you book a apartment not in the same building of the hotel where you can use facilities like pool and spa, the apartments are in other building 250m far from the hotel.
Also TV in our apartment had no remote controller and when we asked they said they can bring one tomorrow but we stayed only one night

The location of the resort was great, walking/short driving distance to good restaurants and also a nice Rewe. The kitchenette was useful for our family, and there is decent space in the rooms for a slightly larger group to sit together. The passes were also a nice touch and we enjoyed visiting the mountain roller coasters using our hotel tickets.
The rooms were outdated and we felt a bit misled because it seems newer rooms are mainly what you see in the pictures, but we stayed in older rooms. The beds are not comfortable (we used the extra mattress from the couch on top of the regular bed to add more cushion) and the rooms felt dirty and worn out. The shower had mold in our room and the fabric on the chairs was so stained that it was hard to relax thinking about how unclean everything was. The walls were also marked and worn out. The artificial plants and artwork also felt very dated and tacky. The rooms are in desperate need of being refreshed and renovated.
