Fantastic Hotel, the first day the weather was fantastic and we had breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, and the room was so comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and we hav a lovely meal.

It was an amazing experience staying at around 2,000 meters above sea level, with a stunning view of Zell am See. The staff were exceptionally well organized and attentive, and all of our requests were taken into consideration. The breakfast was also excellent.
The only unpleasant aspect was the smoking on the neighboring balcony in the evenings and mornings. I’m not sure whether this can be restricted, but it would be great if there were some way to prevent smoke from drifting into the rooms.

Being 2000m altitude gave us welcome respite from the heatwave in the valley. Food was amazing. Rooms refurbished to a high standard. The staff were extremely helpful, especially sorting out a problem with the TV in our room so we could watch the World Cup! Great hiking paths all around.
Just a minor annoyance - The reception staff called on the day of arrival to tell us the last cable car up was 4pm, yet the advertised time was 5pm. That seemed confusing and we had to cut short our other activities for the afternoon.
