Almost everything was fine but happy hours drink wasn’t good.
Staff were good but speaking problems.
Breakfast was more than good.
Lobby wasn’t comfortable. Pool wasn’t up-to the mark.

My wife cut (nothing major) herself accidentally and blood fell on the sheets.
BUT...We are going to remember this for a long time.
Not a pleasant experience, to avoid it hotel could have insurance for such a situation.
Mind you, if there is a will there is a way.
The lady from the reception came down to us with an actual photo as proof.
She did her job, she was told to do so by management.
So fault here entirely on management people..
Additionally, a friend from next to our room got charged as well, when he wiped his backpack with a towel.
Been traveling around the world for a while never experienced such charges.
You could make just notification on the very first thing, when giving us the entry cards to the room saying: towel and bedsheets when dirty, you get charged.
