it was cheaper than anything around
what isn’t clear from the description is that the quadruple beds are all on one level, so if you have someone who snores, you WILL hear them. the hotel to check in is NOT 500 metres. it’s a 7 minute walk. kitchen is cute, shower and toilet ok, stairs are tiny and windy…so not ideal for elderly, infirm or larger people!

excellent location in a lovely part of the city
split level apartment with steep spiral staircase to bedroom on 1st floor - very limited storage space for clothes etc and small kitchen

Location, Housekeeping services perfect.full kitchenware.well maintained
Beds on upper floor on our room No luggage keeping facilities.

having more space than a hotel room was important for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens.
while the beds and bathroom were clean, the place needs a good cleaning/maintenance. just worth a days attention.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a couple of UK channels
We reception desk was at a hotel about 10 minutes away from the apartment so when we had to check in and out it was very inconvenient. The other occupants were smoking cannabis although this was not supposed to be allowed. The yard was scruffy and if it had been warmer, it would not have been a nice place to sit out.

Good location in the city, heated floors comfortable bed
Poor construction

It was quiet place to stay, no traffic or other street noise, even the walls are not too thick. Heating was perfect and room was warm also in january.
Some basic food would be nice, like salt and sugar and informaation how the coffee machine works. I didn't get information that you have to do check in and out in different place, but luckily the check in hotell wasn't too far away.

Bed was very comfy despite only having one pillow each. In a great location as not too far from centre and also had a coffee shop, tram station and park nearby
Room was very bare compared to photos with damaged furniture
A/C machine was loudly vibrating every 10 mins
Key collection was 10 min walk away
TV could do with upgrading to smart - had to go out and buy google chrome stick
Fire exit sign illuminated room all night - had to cover with towel
walls were thin - could hear neighbours throughout the night
stayed during Christmas so would’ve been nice to have some Christmas decs in room

only the location
- The furniture such as the wardrobes, chairs and cupboards were really old that they were falling apart, wobbling, dirty, worn, damaged and unsafe.
- The wardrobe was about to fall down which had a mirror on the front which is extremely dangerous
- The bannisters were broken with jaggered edges posing risk of us hurting ourselves
- There were flys in the apartment when we arrived that did not leave throughout our whole stay in the lounge area.
- The floors were sticky in the bed rooms, bathroom and social area.
- Dirty floors and walls with stains everywhere
- The whole apartment smelt musty and unclean
- Windows absolutely filthy
- The face of the plug sockets were ripped off leaving wires exposed being unsafe
- The shower was broken and unclean. The shower would not stay on one temperature and kept twisting back to a boiling hot temperature on its own, meaning we could not have a comfortable shower without being burnt.
- The whole apartment was absolutely tiny.
- Lastly after the first night at the apartment I noticed I was covered in bites on my shoulder, elbows and legs which has left me extremely worried about bed bugs.

quiet but convenient for the central old city.
Apparently no opening widows. Electric socket loose from wall. Cord for electric fan not long enough to properly reach from plug behind wardrobe. No instructions for heating/ cooling, etc.

Great location, easy access
No a lot of space but good enough for travelers

Room set in a quiet courtyard in a quiet residential street. Comfy beds, very clean, huge bathroom, well equipped kitchen area. Friendly staff at key collection and we could store bags there on our last day.
Air-conditioning needed - the bedrooms upstairs were so hot we could not sleep. Windows didn't open. Accommodation much smaller and darker than pictures, smelly bathroom.

location was good
Was small and shabby for price. Not like photos.
Shower kept getting hotter on it’s own. Plug
socket in kitchen came out with plug.
Light bulbs missing in some lights.

Fab location. About ten minutes walk from reception after you collect keys. Supermarket ten minutes walk away. Zoo and Jewish quarter very close. Lots of coffee shops and pizza places about
Some other guests very noisy (singing & drinking in courtyard) but management spoke to them after we contacted them.

Very shabby property unlike the photos shown. Check in at hotel a distance away only apparent after booking. Bedrooms cramped and no ventilation made them very uncomfortable. Woken up after midnight every night by loud guests not respecting the rule of quiet after 10pm.

Value for money is really bad. The accommodation is super small and a lot of things are damaged or broken there. Fixed windows, so no possibility to open them for fresh air.

The apartment was placed in a very nice, cozy and quiet area, away from all city noise.

the location was good because it was near to the Center
it was dirty
there were ants all over the place
it seemed very run down and nothing like on the pictures

Great place to stay for a few days. Slightly smaller than pictures show. All facilities needed provided. Skylight blinds were not working during our stay, so no proper natural light and had to keep lights on. Offered another stay in one of the other buildings in the complex but refused as it had the same issue. Generally a good stay.
7.0
Comfy bed
Nice touch with the mini shampoos etc
Aircon
Shower
The fire exit sign is so bright that it’s like having a light on all night
Cleanliness needs improving
Reception desk should be closer to the apartment
