This beautiful home is located in an exclusive, upscale, quiet neighborhood. Can fit up to 11 people including families with kids. Includes a highchair and baby crib if needed. It is fully furnished & equipped, Smart TV with Netflix and cables, wifi and washer & dryer. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which in, a sun-room to enjoy the sun light and a fun game-room. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, gas and places of worship. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1750sqf home is located in an exclusive, upscale, quiet & peaceful neighborhood and it includes everything you need. The 4 bedrooms include beds for 10 people plus a a folding bed which very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. It is fully furnished & equipped and has smart TV which can be used to watch Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, wifi and washer & dryer, Wood burning fireplace. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Home includes an amazing Sun-room to enjoy the sun light combined with a game-room to have some fun while home. House is babies friendly and includes a highchair and a crib \ Pack n' Play. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which includes games, BBQ, Cornhole and plenty of sitting area and a hammock & plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You will have private parking spots plus plenty of parking off street. You can use the Neighborhood’s tennis court that is located a few minutes walking from the house. I can assure you will love it! - You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard. - There is a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use. - The garage is out of use yet you will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street. This house is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything! Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with us is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app. Please note - House is 100% non-smoking. Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - The garage is not available as it is occupied by the owner at times. It is completely separated from the house with a private separated entrance, it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy. - During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. It was a great property. My only critique is that a few of the cooking utensils were dirty and it would be nice if the house included basic spices (salt, pepper, etc.)

the only thing the house did not have and I had one is a can opener and that might be do to the last people there we had 11 people with us and we had alot of room for all and as far as the WiFi you just have to know how to look on the back of the box and get the number not hard at all I would stay at this house again

This house is perfect for anyone visiting San Antonio. Close to the airport and all the major attractions. Plus it’s easy to hop over to nearby towns like Boerne and New Braunfels. Definitely recommend this place!!

Potential houseguest be aware!!!!! This house is nothing as described in the pictures. Do not be fooled as we were. Everything in the house is very rundown, old, dirty and broken. When we first entered the house, we were not able to get Internet right away and we tried to call the property manager, and there was no answer for several days. We stayed there a total of five days and they never got back to us till the third day. There were so many problems with this house that they couldn’t even fix them all while we were there first due to them not answering our phone calls back and because the list was so long. The only thing they fix was the dryer because there was potential for fire due to the way the dryer is set up. This house is so rundown that it should actually be shut down. There is leakage in the glass room right outside, which makes the floor very slippery and there were massive puddles in that room. The screen door outside doesn’t close completely broken, maintenance guy said that they will never fix it or they never plan to fix it. The dishes were all dirty, and the liner that they used to put the clean dishes on is very old wrapping paper, the outside lights never worked so it’s pitch black when you’re trying to walk up a very steep and rocky driveway, one of the guest bedrooms bed is very uncomfortable, and very loud due to the boxspring., The guest bathroom sink faucet never had hot water, the guest shower is either very cold or very hot water. Do not stay!

Clean bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen. Easily can host a large group. Pictures describe it accurately. The inly improvements I would recommend would be to have a pizza cutter and pans in the kitchen. And maintenance the sunroom and backyard. Those spaces appear that the owner isn’t local and hasn’t been by in a while. But overall, I would recommend and stay there again if needed.

We had 3 married couples and 1 child. There were plenty of beds and space. 1 more bath would have been great but there was plenty of space indoors and out. It was reasonably close to the things we wanted to do. Nice neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable there. If i had this size gri up in San Antonio again I would consider this place for sure.

We booked this property trusting the listing’s claim that it can accommodate larger groups, and it did not disappoint. There was more than enough space for my large group (11 people). The space was also very clean and the location is perfect. Definitely recommend!

The photos are out of date, pots in kitchen dirty had to put them in dishwasher before we used them, closet doors off their hinges in 2 bedrooms, the toilet moved wasn’t fastened to the floor properly, the back yard was dirty and dangerous, electric cables sticky up from ground, paving stones loose, uneven and dirty, screws sticking up from decking, the biggest issue was the amount of dog dirt in the back yard, the outside chair cushions were filthy so couldn’t sit outside. The person who was in the garage had a TV on loud we could hear it in the kitchen. We told the host within 24 hours of arriving he said he would sort it but he DID NOT we asked for partial refund but no joy there either.IGNORED ALL correspondence since

I was very disappointed. There were numerous light bulbs burnt out & the door to master was off the hinge. My husband went to the local hardware store & got the materials to fix the door & light bulbs. We were going to a wedding & putting makeup on in the dim light was a problem. Also there is a step down as you walk into the house. It’s very dangerous. I warned both of my 80 year old parents but my mom ended up falling off the edge. Thank God she did not hurt herself. The place was dusty & not a premier host in my opinion. I stay at many VRBO’s & this one did not live up to my expectations.

We loved this home as it was perfect for us. Very clean and not overly decorated. Dryer and Master bath toilet were a little tricky, but fixable. Kids bedroom was perfect for the little cousins to play and sleep. Location was close to other family and the house was spacious enough that most of us could be together and not be on top of each other. We will be back!

Short Family Vacation
Great home and really comfortable with all the bedrooms! The master bedroom bed was a little too hard for us but we dealt with it. The only down fall was that there was a game room that showed a dartboard that my soon and I were excited to compete with but was not in home when we arrived. Owner did not know what happened to it. other than that it was spacious good neighborhood and comfortable. Thank you

Almost Perfect
My 5 Star Rating is because the property was almost perfect. Great location and layout for our needs. My main disappointment was in the upkeep of the yard. The side fence was falling down. The yard was all dirt with rocks strewn around. We intended to use the outdoor space, but not a pleasant experience. The enclosed patio game room is unbearably hot even with the "cooler" turned on. The interior of the house was great. Only problem was the mattress cover on the queen bed needs replacement. (Old, hard, wrinkly plastic.)

Great Property
Overall, this property was wonderful! The photos did no justice, because this is a well kept and beautiful home in person! Very spacious inside and out. The sunroom and back patio were my favorite places in the home. The neighbors were very friendly also! The owner and his secretary were very responsive and helpful when needed. The only complaint I have is the fact that apparently, someone rents the garage. Which isn't an issue, except one night at 10pm, a repairman was knocking at the door to gain entry to the home. When I said no, I was then informed that someone rents the garage and was having issues with the AC. Kind of freaked me out, but nonetheless it was resolved. I think the listing should be updated to reflect this information for future reference.

The television only had computer generated stations. There was no network news or stations we were able to figure out how to access.
