The people they work there they were very polite and friendly
The air conditioning they did not let me to switch it on as they said not allowed . Plus my room was with out elevator so it was a bit expensive for a room with out elevator that is on the third floor

The location is the only thing worth liking about this property. About 500 meters from a metro station leading straight to the city center.
The most important thing for a tourist in another city is to get a comfortable bed to sleep - because most likely that is where they spend most time in a hotel. And that is the worst part of this hotel. The mattresses are very soft. Neither my wife nor I could sleep well. My back hurt real bad.
The blanket provided is without a cover - how does the hotel ensure it is clean and hygienic to use?
The property itself is a flat located in an old apartment building adjacent to the actual hotel. That is fine and is in line with what the description said. But, what disappointed me is that the flat is managed with minimum effort once they acquired it.
I have had much better and more professional experience at B&B's managed by private hosts than this hotel which is expected to be professional.
Never visiting again.
