Cosy, warm, tidy, relaxing, Greg solid bloke, had some good games of chess with kiddo in the very comfy living room, pricing good, overall as good as it gets for the Aussie snow experience.
Deducted a a point because we had a ... unfortunate odd fellow next door to our room pipe up around 11pm... and by pipe up I mean very animated with shouting and cackling, chatting angrily to himself like out of a psychological horror film... for lack of better words... I think he was running on a turbo fuel of some kind.
Which scared my son and interrupted up our sleep, the bloke was so loud in his orchestra of madness that my initial attempts to bang on the wall to get him to stop went unnoticed, it eventually stopped when I upped the energy in the banging on the wall. Sounded like he was suffering from mental health issues or something.

Good drying room for boots, view was nice and cooked breakfast each day was a real bonus. Guest lounge was very comfortable.
Its not really a delta as the owner makes it very clear, but the stairs up from Bellas Corner at the end of the day are a good warm down exercise.

Staff were great and friendly. Breakfast and drinks were delicious and generous.
Both my friend and I had terrible sleeps all 3 nights because the mattress and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. The pillow felt like a half filled sand bag. We both woke up with sore necks every day.
