Excellent and super friendly staff — food was amazing

I had already stayed at landana it is an amazing place full of beautiful places to go and visit the food is amazing the property is wonderful

it is a very children also friendly place that is very important very kind and helpful staff

Hotel setting was excellent

Included breakfast was poor - only hot options were scrambled egg, bacon and chicken sausages - not 5 star at all Hotel room was tired , TV not working, Shower head broken and situation ( across a car park ) not great

Room was clean and well furnished. Food in the restaurant was very nice. Due to the poor choice of hotels locally this is definitely the best in the area..

Our room was ridiculously hot and we had to keep windows open all night as the staff were unable to affect any temperature change. Despite me booking the highest category room for extra space our friends who booked a lower category and paid less, had a bigger room which I found very odd. The grounds were tired, building work was ongoing, outdoors could do with a facelift. The reception is ridiculously hard to find if you come in from the road nearest the beach - very poorly signed.. They are charging 5 star prices but the service and quality is tired and definitely nearer a 4 star - I know we're out of season but that should be no excuse or should be reflected in a lower price..
